Our adult family of six had a lovely dinner at Trovato the day after Christmas. The service was friendly, efficient, and professional, the pace unhurried, the appetizers and entrees generous, creative and delicious. We will definitely be back.

Love Trovato at Hidden River and very happy it was open for the holidays! Chef Dean's food and presentations never disappoint. Was a bit chilly when we arrived for our 5:30 pm reservation as we were sitting on the lower level near the windows (and it was December 19th and 19 degrees outside!). Always a beautiful view and their covered bridge was decked with holiday lights. However, in the winter time, near the windows, best for ladies to wear a wrap or heavier sweater to be comfortable. Tom, our server, was great and, servers were there with our piping hot food when the kitchen said it was to be served - whether Tom was available or not. Same with our second round of drinks. The staff truly works as a team and all were very pleasant and professional. Looking forward to their Wine Dinners in the off season!

Our group of six had an exceptional dining experience tonight at Trovato at Hidden River. This is a beautiful restaurant nestled on the grounds of a golf and casting club that provides such a picturesque setting. Our server, Ruth, made great food and beverage suggestions. She was fun and professional and positively affected our dining experience. I ordered the Wagyu Short Rib and it was delicious. Everyone raved about their meal! The Caesar Salad was a favorite. The meals were paired with amazing side dishes. . Trovato is a gem! We all intend to return as soon as we can! I highly recommend Trovato!

Our family had a lovely dining experience at Trovato. The Autumn prefixe menu items were delicious and the vibe was festive and relaxed. The serene view of the Maple River right outside the window added to the overall ambiance. The bar is especially cool as well with some wonderful craft cocktails. We will be back!
