I've never had an order that was correct it it was more than nuggets. I'm a local and used to bring my daughter here, won't be doing that anymore. Today I came in for a replacement burger, because I ordered a 1/4 with bacon. I got a burnt patty with ketchup and onions. Today I got a half cooked patty with break soaked in grease as a replacement. Done with establishment.

Mcdonald's is a chain restaurant. I'll never rate them above three but I will rate them. Overall, what you'd expect from McDonald's fast food that tastes the same as everywhere, which means it's bland and devoid of flavor for the most part, unless it's heavily doused up with condiments. Although the price in the McDonald's has come to the point that I'd rather eat at a sit-down restaurant to McDonald's because the food will be more tasty, it will be about the same price and I don't have to go to a counter to order.

I ordered a Grinch Meal and a Bic Mac Meal. Both meals fries were cold. The Big Mac was terrible. It had no lettuce on it, the patties were cold, and crispy, the bun was hard, and there was a pile of onions in the bottom of the wrapper. I’ve heard to avoid this location and I can see why.

This McDonald's has messed up my order too many times to count. I decided I would not go back but after a 12 hour work day I went in anyway. Should have stuck to my decision. Once again they managed to forget my nuggets and gave me the wrong size fry. Definitely won't be back

I ordered a 10 piece adult happy meal, get home just to find that my nuggets were not in any of the bags! I sent an email a week ago to corporate, where they told me that they forwarded my complaint and someone will reach out from the buchanan location and nobody ever did. I've always gone here out of convenience but this is not the first time my order was messed up, either. From now on I will travel to a different location!

Fries are either soggy or hard as if they been refried! Burgers or anything is sloppy put together! I get it’s fast food but cmon! Check your orders or special orders before you leave. Also if you’re ordering for more than two, except at 10 min wait time but I rather have a 10 min wait time then gross fries and lukewarm food.
