So I ordered a regular sized mcflurry with my coworker on my lunch break, and not only did they give me a children's drink cup, they also only filled it a quarter up. So that was a big waste of money, and my time because it seems like the lady in the front drive was more focused on talking instead of doing her job, and that made me late for work.

Well.. Google said the Front Street McDonalds was open until 12:00 (midnight) EST. It was 11:22, we pulled up and they were shut down and laughing at us in the window. RUDEEEE!!!!

Went through drove through the screen was broken so couldn't verify order, when we got our order we got doubles of almost everything, got items we didn't order and when trying to tell the attendant working the window we didn't order items she was trying to hand us she got rude and said it is right here on the screen you ordered this. We didn't receive a receipt to be able to verify our order either we did think our total seemed high but we did order for 2 adults and 2 kids and we don't get fast food often to be able to really know. Overall bad experience between not really getting what we ordered and the very rude window attendant.

Going through the drive thru and being told it will just be a few minutes when 5 cars are parked in parking spots waiting 20+ min for the drive thru order. I was there’s today for 25 min and had to leave AFTRR PAYING without food, so I could make it to work still. Not expecting McDonald’s FAST FOOD to take 25 minutes. May as well go to a sit down reasturant at that point

Ask for ketchup and mustard had two little dots fries were dry and cold fish sandwich the cheese was actually lost I think probably be a very long time before I go back to McDonald's.
SLOWEST SERVICE EVER!!!!! My friend and family stopped and we waited over a half hour for her food....4 nuggets and small fries....do better..

Buchanan McDonald's treated me like a piece of sh*t because I wanted the hamburger I ordered and not the one they gave me because I took 2 bites out of a happy(lol) meal burger. It's a kids hamburger. I didn't realize that it didn't have anything but lettuce and mayo on it until the second bite because I was doing something else as I was eating. Because of that I was a piece of sh*t 🖕🏻McDonalds!
P. S. Sometimes on certain days the smallest thing can piss you off. I just wanted the sandwich I ordered. It is just hard to believe McDonalds would insult me over a little burger because I took two bites If I wanted a quarter pounder I would have ordered one. Not take a couple of bites out of a kids burger and then try to get the burger I ordered.
