I ordered a 10 piece adult happy meal, get home just to find that my nuggets were not in any of the bags! I sent an email a week ago to corporate, where they told me that they forwarded my complaint and someone will reach out from the buchanan location and nobody ever did. I've always gone here out of convenience but this is not the first time my order was messed up, either. From now on I will travel to a different location!

Trash. The people, the food, all of it. Every single time I have gone here something is missing from my food and I have to wait FOREVER all over again to get what I originally ordered. The food is undercooked or overcooked and just nasty. Definitely worth driving elsewhere!!!!!!! Don’t do it!

Fries are either soggy or hard as if they been refried! Burgers or anything is sloppy put together! I get it’s fast food but cmon! Check your orders or special orders before you leave. Also if you’re ordering for more than two, except at 10 min wait time but I rather have a 10 min wait time then gross fries and lukewarm food.

Mcdonalds food ia bad for you but dont go to mcdonalds if you are expecting fresh food. i drive alot for my job so i stop many plances and i gotta say whoever was running drive through was amazing. the lady who took my money waa very kind and polite. the lady who gave me my food at the 2nd window was the nicest lady iver ever met at a drive though window. good on youguys!

Bathroom really dirty tortillas on the booths ok service overall ok
So I ordered a regular sized mcflurry with my coworker on my lunch break, and not only did they give me a children's drink cup, they also only filled it a quarter up. So that was a big waste of money, and my time because it seems like the lady in the front drive was more focused on talking instead of doing her job, and that made me late for work.

Well.. Google said the Front Street McDonalds was open until 12:00 (midnight) EST. It was 11:22, we pulled up and they were shut down and laughing at us in the window. RUDEEEE!!!!

Went through drove through the screen was broken so couldn't verify order, when we got our order we got doubles of almost everything, got items we didn't order and when trying to tell the attendant working the window we didn't order items she was trying to hand us she got rude and said it is right here on the screen you ordered this. We didn't receive a receipt to be able to verify our order either we did think our total seemed high but we did order for 2 adults and 2 kids and we don't get fast food often to be able to really know. Overall bad experience between not really getting what we ordered and the very rude window attendant.
