Ordered food with the time. Arrived and found out that they never put the order in the oven. Forgot about our order and didn't even put it in the oven until 10 minutes after it was paid for. No apology, no customer satisfaction, no return.
FYI this was calling an hour before due to our travel time.

ordered a pan meat lovers tonight and it was phenomenal đ€€ GREAT WORK
No app no pizza hut. Thanks but no thanks I'm not going back to the 80s to eat pizza. Silly to use a phone to tell someone that might misunderstand what you want.

Your typical pizza hut. Get your food done quickly and the pizza is good, bread sticks are great. Service is good and the employees are nice.

We attempted to eat at this Pizza Hut. We went to the counter and yelled âanyone hereâ for over 5 minutes and no one came. We noticed two cars in the back with apparent employees sitting in their car. We ended up eating somewhere else but later noticed they had customers so we stopped to ask for the manager. She said the employees âmust have been in the cooler.â She was clearly defensive and offered no apology.

We got there just as they opened and they didnât have a server for the dining room just yet. Managed was totally chill, let us know it was herself and a cook at the moment finishing opening duties and could offer counter service and option to dine in without a server. Worked out perfectly for us. We ordered what we wanted and the manager checked on us here and there. No other patrons came through for lunch until we were wrapping up and heading out. Prices were reasonable, food was delicious! Definitely will be back.. possibly even around the same time, for the peaceful ambiance đ
Food came out quick and tasted good. Folks inside are very friendly
I got a meat lovers personal pan pizza, which was excellent, and the service was efficient. The staff was very friendly. I'll definitely be back.
The staff was friendly and the food was great
People forget so quickly how much the little things matter. During my visit, I saw the delivery man had to take multiple trips to get all the pizzas out to his car. They were quite busy due to the storm, being a weekend, and March madness. I was going to be waiting in line for my carryout another 5 minutes anyway, so I brought out the rest of his pizzas for him. The lady at the counter noticed and gave me a couple bucks off my order...but not knowing I was leaving a little tip, so she continued with saying grab a 20 Oz too as a way of saying thank you. I have had some challenging days in my life. I have not always made the right choices. Doing the right thing in the midst of so many selfish people who don't know how to look past themselves and their own desires isn't often noticed. But that exchange of respect and kindness between the lady at the counter meant more to me than I would have logically explained to her upon leaving. I hope she reads this so she knows.
And I hope whoever you are reading it you may give it some thought. Even the smallest acts of kindness go a long way out here. There are good people in the mix trying to do the right thing. We can find each other and together have just as much effect as the cruel ones. Hurt people don't have to continue the cycle. We can grow and do better. I believe in smaller towns and their ability to accomplish such an undertaking. Buchanan can be one of those places. There are signs of that if you choose to look rather than listen to what the news tells you our world is like.
Now that I have said that, the pizza and products have also been consistent taste and quality of their brand. No, it is not a brick-oven pizza from a restaurant. But their product and value go a long way when in the right mood. Along with their solid work crew, they have never failed to satisfy my hunger for a Pizza Hut pizza. Even their 2 liters are $2 when you can't get one at a grocery store or gas station for under $3.49 these days without being generic or on sale.
