The store manager is a very rude woman. Staff is not much better. They always manage to forget sauces especially ones you have paid for. I will check best I can right in line now, and will get cussed at. Today they forgot again. I had to wait till someone noticed, and I asked for my extra sauce. The worker then turned to the manager to tell her I needed my extra sauce. The manager got really sarcastic to the employee ,saying EXCUSE me that she did not see the extra sauce on the order. As I am driving off the manager was say how cheap people are when they ask for their extras. I ordered it, and paid for the sauce, so I want it for my order. Even if it was the regular sauce, if I ask for it I expect it. A couple other times have been worse. She straight out cusses people out. Today though I ordered the cantina bowl, and they did not even try. They just threw it in, and did not even add part of it.

This Taco Bell was installed in place of a local restaurant. They did a nice job doing the renovation. It's a Taco Bell so effectively it's supposed to have the same food across the entire range of Taco bells. Food as as expected the service was above average. So we have a Taco Bell and a small town in Michigan. It's good for the town that it's in.

Super fast service. Placed a large order in the drive thru and they had it ready in a flash! Burritos were perfectly made to my order and they even remembered the sauces! Can't give the staff at this location enough praise! I live in Niles and will be frequenting this Buchanan location from now on when I want taco bell. So worth the extra drive time for fast and excellent service! 5/5 all day

This trip was a nightmare. Beans were the wrong consistency. It was like mush. Since most of the items we got had beans they all went in the trash. Also the soft taco had almost no meat. It was all tortilla and lettuce. This was the backup and it wasn't worth buying either. So sad since this is a new restaurant. I worked there many years ago and I would bet the bin was running out of ground beef and they didn't feel like grabbing a new one with my order. Complete waste of $30.

Self order only, stools were uneven, no booths, cold, music too loud, and one of their ACs seems to have been dropped when they built the place and there is evidence of condensation on the ceiling tiles. Probably mold hence my scratchy throat. I don't think they actually want people in the dining room. Also had to ask for a tray despite selecting dine-in. Food was typical room temperature Taco Bell. Oh, I nearly forgot to mention, the prices were outrageous. We're expected to ring up the food ourselves but they want to charge 50% more than a few years ago? Taco Bell joins McDonald's and Subway on the shit list of places my family will never go to again. I highly recommend the other independent restaurants in town. They charge about the same, better quality, someone will actually take your order, and the music probably won't be as loud.
