There’s always some weird, inappropriate or awkward exchange in service (“oh, you didn’t order hot sauce- that’s racist” I’m black btw so idk what that comment was about) or the fact that when I specifically order AND PAY FOR EXTRA anything- they purposely skimp me on it but still charge. Check out my cheese quesadilla with EXTRA SAUCE and EXTRA cheese.. nah, it was just extra burnt and extra disgusting.
I blame myself for continuing to give these losers my business but it’s one of 2 fast food places in this pathetic town so I’m faced with crappy burgers or crappy tacos made by people who all hate their jobs and lives.
REMINDER TO THE WORKERS: you have autonomy (I know that can be a confusing word if you didn’t graduate) so therefore you DONT HAVE TO WORK THERE. You can quit. You can just.. not show up. It’s okay. But.. if you decide you’re gonna show up.. can you PLEASE attempt to do your jobs? Please? Thanks.

I have tried twice to go to Buchanan Taco Bell and neither time have they been able to get my order right!!! It really isn't too hard I just want two beef supreme chalupas

Due to the new process of drive thru orders being pushed to the top of the line over in store orders, we have been sitting for an hour in the restaurant. Even after talking to employees multiple times, we are still waiting... There are 2 more additional families that have been waiting nearly as long. This should be more well known so folks can no longer enter the store & instead go through the drive thru. Like c'mon it's a taco bell.....

The drive-thru is relatively quick the employees are respectful polite and always smiling. I've only had one minor complaint personally with their food beyond that the store always appeared to be clean and never had any issues. I eat there quite often and will continue to do so.

No reason I should be waiting 20+ minutes for my order when the place is near empty. Terrible.

Food was below par and they took 50 minutes. Waiter was not polite at all and we asked if they even got our orders which she replied yes. Then proceeded to take 20 more minutes. At that point just go to the Niles Taco Bell.
The only thing that they got right about our order was our drinks. We now know that we have to double check everything before leaving the drive through.

Absolutely ridiculous!!!! The staff is literally the most rude that they can be!!! They he manager is yelling to the young lady at the drive through window telling her to slow down on taking orders because there is only 3 people working!!! Then decides to throw someone’s order on the counter as she yells his name. I can’t understand how this restaurant is still open. About 6 months ago I came with my son and it was as bad. Hoping it had gotten better so I gave it another shot. But that is it! I’ll never do it again. Save your money and your time seriously!!!
