Absolutely ridiculous!!!! The staff is literally the most rude that they can be!!! They he manager is yelling to the young lady at the drive through window telling her to slow down on taking orders because there is only 3 people working!!! Then decides to throw someone’s order on the counter as she yells his name. I can’t understand how this restaurant is still open. About 6 months ago I came with my son and it was as bad. Hoping it had gotten better so I gave it another shot. But that is it! I’ll never do it again. Save your money and your time seriously!!!

Never go 30mins before close get nasty food Taco had hardly any meat Potato bowls had hardly any potatoes Poor quality

Buchanan, MI Taco Bell location is just okay. Order was missing an item ordered in quantity, substitutes were not acknowledged, and one whole burrito was completely wrong and OVERLOADED with the most onions I’ve ever seen in a dish, anywhere! Giving 3 stars still because when we went back through the drive-thru.. the manager on duty kindly replaced everything missing/incorrectly made and offered coupons for complimentary items to redeem next visit.
Ordered the steak and queso sliders and literally got 1oz of queso on the side. The employees are usually nice when interacting. But I swear they act like giving out sauces comes out of their check. I usually order six-ish tacos when I go and NEVER get any more than 4 sauces.
