Food is always great but one of the Morning managers is rude along with one of the girls at the window. They’ll either have a very obvious poor attitude or speak in a very sarcastic or demeaning tone which is also disrespectful. We’re all humans and have our days but it’s not the fault of the current customer you’re dealing with. Also if I have to look at the menu for a few seconds while I’m in the drive through then so be it no need to get an attitude about it as one manager expressed to me once her frustrations about it.

I placed an online order when the power went out at the buchanan location on March 23rd 2024. Called the number I was provided for the refund. It did not work. I tried to cancel the order through the app. It did not work. I called the store and spoke to a manager that behaved sarcastic and passive aggressive. She did not help solve the issue whatsoever. Not returning.
