Absolutely disgusting customer service. We called up to ask for the missing items in our order and we were told that we were lying about the items being missing. We asked for a refund and they declined and put the phone down. We then had to take the food to the shop to request a refund and still didn’t get the full amount because they wouldn’t refund us for the items that were missing and accused us of eating those items. We’d also tipped the driver, money we won’t get back, and he lied and said he’d given us two bags of food when in fact we received one bag. The lady I spoke to was so rude and said her driver wouldn’t lie, when he did. When my partner took the food back, the delivery driver was there and confirmed he had only given us the one bag. No apology from the staff but they then offered to cook the whole order again, but we didn’t trust that the food would be ok without being tampered after that so asked for a full refund.

Reposting since my older review mysteriously disappeared off of here. I will never forget a few years back getting a large lo mein noodles and after my kids and I ate the ENTIRE container, at the very bottom was a piece of chewed up gum. NEVER AGAIN CHEN!!!

Tried this place on Monday because my favorite restraint is closed on Mondays. I was pleasantly surprised. This is great food and you great a very large portion. We ordered 3 different entrees and all of them were delicious. If you haven't tried this place, definitely give it a try!!!

Very kind staff and calm atmosphere, food reminds me of nyc style Chinese food, hard to find around here so I love it! Dumplings are my favorite!
Food is excellent. Crab Rangoon and General Tao’s is some of the best I’ve had. Great value for the portions. Very quick service. My order was ready in 10 minutes. Highly recommend.

This food was dank I’m not gonna lie. You want chinese? They got chinese. Absolutely scrumptious. Not 5 star fancy but definitely 4 star for an amazing price. This food slaps heavy. Going to have so many leftovers. Heck
