The Burton Biggby crew was so lovely to get coffee from. The POS system was down but it was not a big deal because the employees promptly fixed it and they had me smiling and laughing the entire time. What a great start to my morning!

I’ve been coming here for weeks since my wife and I moved to this location and I genuinely think someone there has a reading comprehension problem. Several times I have received the wrong drink with my wife or without the add ons that cost MONEY. When you mention this to the staff, they act like you’re the one inconveniencing them

Matcha wasn't that great. There were clumps on the bottom of the cup, which means it needs to be sifted before they make it. Staff was nice.

Start reading orders back, because I ordered a FROZEN drink and got a hot one and TWO sandwiches but was apparently only rang up and charged for one. I didn't have time to wait for the second sandwich had I decided to purchase it after all that, I didn't even really have the time to wait for the time I did before being told that I only paid for one.
