So I ordered a coffee with bagel and cream cheese. My issue is derived because I pay five and some change for a bagel that was not toasted and they just give me a cream cheese cup and plastic knife to spread it myself.
I’ll gladly pay for a bagel that I put my own cold cream cheese should be 2.50 at most.

ILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!!! The employees who are all women are so rude to you and its very obvious that they hate their job. I get it, working sucks! You walk into this location to see about 4 women standing there with attitudes! You ask for NO whip topping but they do it anyways. when you tell them very politely that there wasn't supposed to be any topping (4× in the past 7 days) they grab your cup, roll their eyes, let out a puff of air to let you know that they're pissed at you bc they made it wrong. These ladies should take multiple classes from the center rd location who are ALWAYS pleasant. I was going to ask if the Davison rd location was hiring a few weeks ago but I'd never want to work with any of those young girls who dont have a clue about customer service. If you need a class on customer service, just let me know, i've been doing it for twenty plus years.
