Today 12/16 I went to this location to purchase a cake. The young lady working the counter was extremely rude from the beginning of our interaction. I had a few questions and she acted like it was to much for her to help. So I proceed to pick a cake and ask if she can write on it, when she brought the cake back up it was almost illegible, and looked as if a 2 year old had wrote on the cake. She was snarking and making remarks to her coworkers while I and others were waiting. She also did not want to give a receipt for me to complete the survey. I will NEVER go back to this location and I will NOT recommend this location to nobody.

I ordered a birthday cake over a week ahead of time. It was not ready. They did give me some money off. They spelled my daughter‘s name wrong.

I love dairy queen but this location just seems to have gone down hill. Our blizzards were very soft and I had huge clumps of chocolate. This was not a good experience

Got a chocolate sundae and the icecream was super sour. Ended up throwing it away. Called and they asked if I wanted to drive back, so they could make another. Um no. If the icecream is spoiled I definintely do not want another one. 😑

The 2 fish sandwiches, fries and onion rings all left a bitter after taste. I think it was the cooking oil. I did call and let them know. They said they haven't had any other complaints and they change the oil. Thats Ok, I'll drive a little farther down the road to Starlight next time.
The food is good when it's fresh. The ice cream is good about a quarter of the time. The blizzards simply don't match up to other locations.. They don't seem to care if you pay for extra toppings- We tried making the blizzards taste like other locations by asking/ paying for extras but it seems like they put less, regardless of requests. We will skip this location in the future.

Very disappointed this location has went downhill. Food was disgusting and dried out fries tasted like a salt bottle. The one girl had an attitude. Will not be eating at this dump again. Only thing that was good ice cream and the gravy.

Pretty crazy that I ordered the dipped strawberry CHEESECAKE blizzard and got a chocolate and strawberry ice cream blizzard. It legitimately had 3 pieces of cheesecake in it. 3. Never have this problem at my usual location. Trash location, trash employee that made my order like that and thought it was acceptable. I will never spend money here again.
