I always use the drive-through, so I can't really comment on the atmosphere, but the food and service were good.

There were 2 cars in the drive through and we were still asked to pull up and wait additional time when I had only ordered one meal. Waited 15 minutes for a cold burger and chlorine-flavored soda. I would at least expect the food to be quality and fresh if I'm waiting a very very long time for one meal. I'm let down almost every time I'm here, and this will be the last time I come to this location.

The 2 men working were doing nothing but complaining about having orders coming in at 11am on a Sunday. I was disappointed after bragging to my husband about the food....his first time....there was so much grease that most of it didn't get eaten. I told the man that the vernors shake tasted like just vanilla and he shrugged. Olive burger was the best part...rest was a 1 at best.

First time at this place, the service was great! Very surprised by the great quality of food having never been here. Mike was extremely friendly and funny, definitely a good hire, great guy :)
Wonderful service, as well as atmosphere. The manager there was friendly, helpful (as it was my first time trying out Halo), just a joy to speak to.
The food ... very, very underwhelming. And I really hate to say that. But there was no real taste, regarding the meat, as well as fries. Very ... plain. And the size of the patty ... it was insulting really.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Halo. And will, personally, never go back, as you do not get what you pay for, in my opinion as well as experience.

Halo burger used to be great. The new ownerships have let it go severely downhill. We no longer go. Update... Went there today. First time in a while. The burgers were good this time. Fries were hot and good too. I still don't know why they think people automatically want cheese on their burgers. I like a good cheeseburger as much as the next guy. But STOP thinking everyone wants cheese!
