Terrible customer service.
Called over an hour to find out the pizza was just leaving (I understand things can get busy so fine whatever)
Call another half hour later and was accused of LYING about our delivery.
Had to fight with them to get a refund. Manager was awful.
The Burton, Center Road Hungry Howies is by far the best pizza/overall food items, best service, most friendly staff, and they can be such a fun group. I would never order my pizza anywhere else, truly, why would I? This HH has been my choice now eating twice a week for over a year now with no complaints at all. Sure, they may forget something in my order, but their enthusiasm in making my order right is impeccable and fast. Thank you HH staff for being #1 always....
We've been ordering from this location for years. Never had a bad experience or a messed up order. Even during covid when all of the restaurants or fast food joints are just disappointing theyre always reliable. We appreciate the good work and friendly employees!
