My daughter ordered via phone, the young man was extremely rude and short with her. When I picked up the order I asked for the cream cheese, which she was never told they didn't have any, just to be told I dont know why we dont have it the company wont send us any. Then when I arrived home with our food we found a burnt pizza. The hamburger chunks are so burnt theyre hard as rocks. Given the weather can't drive it back. Dont usually use this location super disappointed. Won't be back to this particular location.

I just had to come and leave a 5 star review there was a mishap with my pizza and the store manager Mike and Destynee went above and beyond to correct it! I come to this location from across town! this locations employees are amazing!!

Really knocked it out of the park tonight. Dough was proofed perfectly. Stuffed crust was very filling. Counter service was polite and prompt. Took a picture of the leftovers 😋

Food came out pretty quick no complaints there. Watching the people make the pizzas in the back with no gloves on was pretty gross. Bare hands grabbing a big handful of cheese is disgusting 🤮🤮

For being halloween night and most of the city will be ordering pizza, i decided to ordered last minute and the guys that's worked tonight outdid themselves. My food was made way faster then I expected, the food was made perfect and cooked exactly the way I wanted it. So good! It's been a while since I was able to find a good pizza around here and I'm extremely happy with the crew that worked tonight (hence why I'm making a review) those boys deserve a bonus for sure!

This is completely sad I love me some hungry howies and to be lazy tonight and not add my sauce and cheese than these burnt pepperonis like someone deep fried these this isn't right I'm completely disappointed in how my order came to me and to say it's door dash fought is a definition of carelessness . I've always ordered this classic pizza from you guys and tonight wasn't a great night no team work at all .

Went in later around 9 30, which i know is sort of dickish but me and my gf were hungry and it was on the way home, before i can order my food, the lady who i assume to be the manager, gets upset with me saying how i chose the right time to come in (sarcastically) and said how they close soon, she then proceeds to talk down on me while I was ordering my food

My husband and I donated 15 large pizzas to our church for an event this afternoon and everything went very smoothly. In fact, this location exceeded our expectations! We placed our order in person with Mike T on Sunday evening and he was very friendly and accommodating. The next day my order was ready at promptly 4pm. The young man behind the register was kind and respectful. He efficiently cashed me out and then proceeded to gather some co-workers to help me carry the pizzas to my car. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and courteous which is MUCH appreciated!

I generally love hungry Howie's, but today I'm giving one star in service and atmosphere at a specific location 2466 S Center Rd. I applied here online, I'm currently looking for a job I called on April 2 25, I was put on hold for 10 minutes and I remained confused on if they had forgot about the call being on hold so I called 2 more times, I finally got an answer and when I did I stated that I was following up on my application the young girl/manager or so called manager told me I called to many times and said she'd forward it to the next applicant, wasn't interested and hung up. I drove to this location April 5 25 12:40pm and asked if she was the one I talked to over the phone and got yelled at stating she was not giving any applications, that she didn't have the time and that I should leave the store and called 911. I got a hold of corporate about this and a complaint was put in, but for other reasons I'll leave this review here, for the principal of information.
