UPDATE 02/26/24When I arrived to pick up my pizza, 'Jason', which I believe needs clarification is a black woman with glasses long braids, said my order was not ready after walking up with phone in hand whilst texting, and proceeded to go behind the counter, pull pizzas out of oven, no washing of hand, no gloves, and then tell 'alan', whom I presume to be her manager, to give me my food in a very disrespectful manner. Would never go here again with current staff.Last few times I have ordered from this location the food has been well below expectations.

Tried to call in order. Not sure where I was transferred to, but it appeared to be overseas. Took literally 20 minutes to put in order & they still couldn't get it right & kept asking me detailed info beyond basic credit card. I finally hung up & called a different location & was transferred to the same "call center." Really? Out source neighborhood pizza. Putting ourselves out of work, Howie?

With the football game in an hour and it being a holiday weekend, I expected the delivery to take an hour or so despite the 40 minute prediction in the app. Pizza arrived in less than 30 minutes still piping hot. 10/10 pizza this time too.

Late delivery, driver has delivered here before, she called me at 5:42 as she passes my house, didnt show up till 6:05 lack of customer service from the driver, showed no concern for what happened, just walked off!Needless to say pizza wasn't hot. I feel if I call and complain it will just be a waste of air. So I called to complain lol as I was being transferred over, I felt that if I called to complain all I could think is..."they are handling my food" lol soI'll just cook my own from now on. Funny part about it, I was hoping it would be the same delivery person and it was!! I was gonna make up for the weak tip from literally 4 days ago". Crazy rite. No oversite at all.

I was told the delivery time was going to be 40 mins. After waiting over an hour for the pizza. The pizza showed up burnt. I am still trying to understand why anyone would think that is ok to send that out to customers. The lady said it would be a total of 30 mins to have it replaced. It's been over 30 mins. Still waiting. Wasnt offered any extras for the inconvenience.

Since when did they add ham to a chicken bacon ranch sub????? Then didn't give me ranch sauce but garlic. Won't be coming to this location. Not what I ordered or asked for please do better!!!!!
