If i could give zero stars I would. Employees are trash. Cussing up a storm talkin crap about other employees. So instead of getting your food in a fashionable time you get to listen to them not do their job and complain about coworkers. This place needs to just fire everyone and get people who actually want to work. 30 minutes for 1 chicken sandwhich and some wedges is beyond crazy. Whats crazier is that my sandwhich was dry, meaning no mayo no pickles, nothing but chicken and bread. Won't be coming back to this kfc.

came in at 8:30 PM on Friday the 28th and the manager there kept me in the drive-through window for over five minutes and after I drove up to the window, they said to drive-through is not in service. The manager they are on duty, stated that since they didn’t have business the day before Thanksgiving means they only gonna serve a certain amount of product. Do not go to this location very unprofessional

Walked in to place an order 11/02/2025 at about 5:00 PM, placed the money on the counter and the woman refused to take it and said she’s not going to fetch she isn’t a dog and had a horrible attitude the whole time. Absolutely terrible customer service.

They never have food ready. It is almost always a 30+ minute wait and the dining room is usually dirty. The staff seem like they are doing the best they can and they would probably be a lot friendlier if they weren't dealing with angry customers all the time

Ordered chicken from the Belsay rd KFC and my daughter went to eat her chicken and a long piece of black hair was cooked right into the breading we all lost our appetite and threw the food out immediately and the Manager offers two pieces of chicken as a replacement. I sure as heck ain’t testing the other food after seeing that and KFC corporate if your seeing this, this is how a manager of your Restaurant handles a health violation that’s the quality you want running your Restaurant. But trust me I will be turning this establishment into the health department and guarantee they will find other health violations on top of this. Hopefully it gets shut down until this stuff is corrected definitely stay away from this location.

Excellent staff. Two people in front of us were having issues for some reason. Sounds like she missed giving them a pot pie and she offered to get the pot pie plus and extra and the people were giving her trouble. The amount they make isn't worth that hassle. They should be making 20 an hour minimum for all they are doing. We had a $50 order and not a single issue. Also gave us Two large water while we waited for it.

Me and my friends just got doordash from this kfc, and the side of corn i got was shriveled and dry. I cant figure out how to post a photo. But just from that its an automatic one. I could tell before I opened the lid something was off. Everything else was okay, definitely got the oldest food there

I will never go back to this restaurant. I ordered 3 famous bowls, a kids meal, and a side of fries. My fries were forgotten, so I came back. The older lady on the counter was extremely rude. She was sweet to the old man that’s in there everyday. But when I was as nice as I could possibly be, i said “Hi Hun, I just picked this up and my fries are missing.” I still get an attitude. I work at McDonald’s so I get it. Yall forgot my fries, then when im nice and ask for them, you have an attitude. Also heard the word “cracker.” Sure hope she wasnt calling me a cracker!!! If I could rate this place 0/5 I would. Rude, dirty, unprofessional. COMING FROM A MCDONALDS WORKER!!

We were the 2nd car in the drive thru and we ordered 3 small meals. Our food took 45 minutes and was wrong... twice. We ended up leaving with the wrong food after 45 minutes because it was 815pm and we had a 2 hour car ride home. Terrible service. Terrible food. Filthy restaurant.
