Cashier acted like we bothered her when we came in with a coupon, Couldn't even be bothered to give us the 2 dipping cups or straws. Food was horrible and tasted like it was old and dry. Absolutely worst experience at a kfc...starting to thing their getting as bad as popeyes.

Lazy, disrespectful workers. Long waits for orders. States they don't have fried pickles (or other limited time menu items) multiple times over weeks, even though they are available at every other location and the sign is literally up on their menu. No one there wants to do their jobs.

Told me it would be a 25 minute wait for a 12 piece original recipe meal, after 35 minutes I was told it would be an extra 30 minute wait for original recipe unless I was willing to take extra crispy.
I ended up taking the mix of original and extra crispy and it still took them 10 more minutes to even pull that together because the manager was freaking saying she couldn’t give me 2 wings and 4 thighs or she’d get in trouble cause it had to be 3 wings, 3 thighs, 3 drums and 3 breast
This woman seemed to have completely lost the plot on customer service as total wait time for my order was 50 minutes!

David, (the guy running orders to the cars in the parking lot waiting for food) was a sweetheart but the store manager definitely need some extra training in customer service

Shameless 90s

Place is a joke. Won't take cash, only card. Have a building full of people, almost hour wait times to only get the wrong order, than get told you ordered it wrong & it will be almost another hour till you get another one. Lazy, disrespectful people, clearly only there for a easy paycheck & not about doing good work, sad thing is this is a reoccurring problem ...

Went to get dinner and the drive thru was 10 cars deep. Ordered 2 Cole slaw, got home and I had 2 mashed potatoes. Not the first time. They had the doors locked so no one could go in the building to eat or order. Food is always a bit iffy. Very slow and they don't seem to care. Occasionally you get a happy person helping.. but not usually. I would try a different location if you are able to.

We waited 45 minutes for our $60 order. Then when we asked about our food, instead of just apologizing, they gaslighted us and said that they thought we had left and that they didn't even have enough chicken to make our order - after also assuring us in the drive-thru that they did have enough. Not thrilled with their service. Will go to a different location next time.
