I have only been here once, but so far so good. The one on Grand Traverse, closer to home, has not answered the phone in months. This location immediately answered and got my order out in an extremely timely fashion despite being a busy time. And the pizza tasted good. It is closer to work so I will end up going with this location more often, especially if the one on GT is not interested in taking phone orders.

Sometimes the drive thru moves so slow at this location. Which is horrible when your in a time crunch and you have your kid, and already ordered online and know it's ready, or you have to wait 15 minutes on a "hot 'n ready". At 6pm.
