SERVING OLD EXPIRED FOOD. Ordered a big Mac meal and the meat was hard, burnt, cold, and tasted off so I didnt finish it and still puked all night. Fries were not even hot, Not to mention the apple pie was cold and nasty and looked like they ripped off the dated sticker and replaced it with a newer one. I'll never eat here again no matter how hungry I am.

Went through the drivethru and paid with a card, the dude working had his cell phone on the top of the register and used it to take a picture of my card. Gave an attitude about it, and the next employee also gave us an attitude about it. Went to our credit union and immediately reported it. Was told that this isnt an uncommon scam especially around the holidays, people stealing credit card information this way. Mcdonalds doesnt care, so I will never return.

I love McDonald's, but I won't be coming back to this one. I have been to this one regularly and the lady manager refuses to give sauces even the ones listed as $0.0. it doesn't matter if I'm ordering food, she won't give them unless you pay $.25 each for them. I just want a little extra sauce for my nuggies and burger. Even when going through the drive through or through the app they short you on sauces. This is stressful thinking I won't get enough sauce and makes the experience bad even after leaving the restaurant. You need to get her an attitude adjustment and also don't list the sauces for free if they won't even give them to you.

Service is horrible, I went though the drive thru and the person on the mic was so rude and nasty to me I asked for one simple fry and she refused to even take my order and told me to go eat somewhere else, very DISRESPECTFUL.
Service is so slow waiting on an online order that was ordered 33 minutes prior and still counting. I’m the only person in line and there was only 2 people ahead of me.

What happened to front desk service. Use the kiosk but paying with cash. Finally the individual gets off the phone. No gloves but 3 inch fake nail. Constantly rubbing hands on pants and going in pockets. Pretty sure it's unsanitary as people must often do notvwash phones and bring them everywhere. How is it sanitary to where 3 inch nails? Handke cash then handke food so carelessly. Bad image and unsanitary.
