Everytimee i go there for a shake this location always tells me they're not available. I've been there 3 times in the last 2 weeks and 2 out of the 3 times no shakes or ice cream is available. I've been told it's because the machines need to be cleaned and instead they just shut them down because they don't want to clean them. And talking to other customers I've heard it happens like every other day. Not a good move for business in my opinion or it's straight up laziness.

Everytime I use this location they always forget something or don't add stuff I pay for so they jus like stealing money from ppl that can't afford it and it's B's like this time I ordered a 5 dollar meal and a double qpc didn't have the right qpc so I went and I got the right one and when I got home I realized I didn't have the McChicken from the 5 dollar meal I will not being going to this location anymore and will be passing this on to my family and friends not to eat at that location

I normally don't eat mcdonalds anymore, but will indulge every now and again. Today I did. And sad mistake. I spent over $30 on the family to each have a meal, I didn't receive more than have of the items i ordered. I didn't realize until I got home, willing to come back up, I called the manager, she was not polite. I lost service half way through the call and trying to return the call, she continued to send me calls to voicemail. So, I will be going up there today to cause a scene because I'm tired of people doing whatever they please 😊

When I entered into the restaurant to go sit down and just use the bathroom. I was told that somebody threw up in the men's room and they put a chair in a mop sign in front of it. They did not bother cleaning it up that far. As I'm concerned that it's a health code violation, and it should close down the the dining area. Opens McDonald's and gets somebody out there to clean that app, because that is a health code violation, if somebody decides to open that door and walks in there, somebody can get really sick. And I don't know if any of the employees went in that bathroom at all, but that is very unsanitary for anybody, and he used to take care of i used to come there and eat, but that makes me not want to eat there. Anymore, and I used to eat there all the time, and now i'm changing my mind, i'm going somewhere else

Restaurantsl was dirty and the ice cream was stale. Was looking so forward to soft serve and it was like ice cream full of ice crystals with that stale milk flavour. Horrible experience.

Food was very good, meat was well cooked and fries were hot and ready. They got our stuff out in less than 5 minutes and they're really nice. Would recommend.
Ordered a delivery this morning and was unfortunately missing my pancakes for my meals. Called the restaurant and spoke to Michelle. She was very nice and offered for me to come get fresh pancakes. Went and picked them up and they were out very fast. She was very nice and even offered a free drink for having to drive to the restaurant. Best morning experience I have ever had ❤️

The staff at this location is awful! They are rude and constantly get your order incorrect and get mad at you when you When you want What you ordered and paid for! If I could give a negative star it definitely would be, but I Had to pick one star because -10. Stars is not an option!

This place sucks. The employees are rude, the fries weren't even cooked all the way, and they put onions on my burger even though I ordered it without...and they made us pull ahead and wait for that garbage. Complete incompetence on full display. I would be embarrassed to say I worked there.
