Food was cold, manager couldn't get employees to work, said coffee machine was down. What's with that? Mcdonalds has more than 1 ciffee pot. It was complete chaos, will not return.

Service sucks! there pulling everyone ahead all the time waiting up to 15 minutes for normal orders at least burger king just makes you wait at the 1st window for a couple minutes

I ordered food had three drinks ask for a cup holder and they were out. Not sure how your out of cup holder. Then they told me we will have them tomarrow not sure how that helps me today. 3 drinks im the only 1 in the car. Dumped one all over me. Won't be back always something at this location.

Always having me pull over for a nugget and 2 cheeseburgers. 5 other cars also waiting. There is a huge problem here. Most of the time, my order is wrong. It seems cooks don't wanna read no cheese or extra pickles. This location needs help big time.

Spending ANY type of money on food and receiving brown lettuce on a COLD chicken sandwich and fries that are cold, without the tiniest bit of heat radiating off of them, is beyond ridiculous. Then, no one can be bothered to answer the phone. It’s not like they’re busy making fresh food.

No one bothered to greet us even though there were not any customers in the restaurant. After waiting 15 minutes, I returned up to the front desk to see if I was supposed to pick up my food or if they were gonna bring it to me because we had one of the numbers that you take to your table. The woman said he probably forgot, I believe she was supposed to be in charge. She told the young man to make our order. He didn’t do mine correctly. When I told him that wasn’t correct he tried to tell me it was. After a while, the woman in charge came out to make sure everything was OK. She did ask if everything was OK that we did receive our food. It seemed as if there was person working while everybody else was pretty much not doing much of anything. The one older lady was doing her best with the team she has working for her.

Got a cheeseburger and two chicken sandwiches from the value menu and fries. Sandwiches and fries were hot and tasted good. Food was prepared very quickly even though it was busy in the lobby and the drive through.
Fries were old and bun on the big mac was rock hard. I ordered at the kiosk inside with ease waited about five minutes for my meal. As I was walking out I noticed the tables were covered with trash. The bins were so over flowing no one could throw away the trash. Lobby needs some love it wasn't a very sanitary look. Staff was fast and friendly but thats it

Check your bags. ALways forget something. Make sure to ask for ketchup because you will not get any and make sure you get your sauce for your nuggets. Put small fries in large containers. Worst McDonald's around.

Went through the drive through and watched a worker through the window running her hands in her long hair with tons of hair product making an updo in the middle of the kitchen. I live 1 mile away and wont be back. Ever.
