I ordered a hamburger, small fry, medium coke with two cheeseburgers, a small fry, and medium coke. Both cheeseburgers were plain just cheese and ketchup. The hamburger was a regular cheeseburger. The workers are rude. And the drive thru takes forever to go through. I did not order plain cheeseburgers. I ordered a regular hamburger that had mustard, ketchup, pickles and onions. Nothing special. These people do not know how to make their own burgers apparently.

Where I live.I passed three mcdonald's just to get to this one. This one is the cleanest. It has the freshest food and it is the best service out of any of the. Mcdonald's in the area.

El Tortuga

Went to get breakfast and ordered through the app, asked for extra butter and no cheese sauce. We got no cheese sauce but what we also got was two very burnt and dry sausage egg and cheese bagels. Sausages were basically hockey pucks and top of egg was also burnt. We’ve had no issues with lunch here but breakfast has always had problems but not bad review worthy until now.

Came late at night
Guy at drive thru takes my order and I pull up to the 1st window to pay.
I see employees talking to eachother but they never acknowledged me at the window. I wait 10 min then then the manager came to the window and asked if I was waiting for something. McCuse me Um yeah why else would i be sitting at the drive thru window. Then tells me my order has disappeared and she cannot take my order again. I understand they were having technical difficulties but wow!

Called and spoke with the manager at this location. I guess this is how your Sausage is supposed to look. Wouldn’t do anything to make it right so I guess I will be going to a different location from now on.

The experience with the McDonald's manager was extremely disappointing. The manager seemed uninterested and disengaged, showing little regard for customer concerns. When I pointed out an issue with my order, instead of addressing it promptly, they seemed irritated and dismissive. The lack of professionalism and poor customer service was evident, making the entire experience unpleasant.

12:01am we order. . after waiting for 45 minutes for our order we still haven’t had our complete order we pulled around to ask for it fresh When we approached the manager to correct the issue, she proceeded to take our food back, saying she wouldn’t remake it or provide a refund. We were left with nothing, despite having paid hard-earned money for a meal that was never delivered as promised.

Her response was completely unprofessional and showed no regard for customer satisfaction. Not only did we waste 45 minutes waiting, but we were also left hungry and out of pocket. It’s incredibly frustrating when a manager acts with such disregard for both the customers and their team, showing no accountability for the service or the food provided.

To make matters worse, the manager wouldn’t provide her name and escalated the situation by calling the police on us. We were simply trying to get what we had paid for and be treated with basic respect as customers. This behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially from someone in a manager position.

Overall, the poor attitude and lack of accountability from the manager made my visit far worse than it should have been. It’s frustrating to see someone in a leadership position fail to provide a positive and efficient environment for both customers and staff.
