Called and spoke with the manager at this location. I guess this is how your Sausage is supposed to look. Wouldn’t do anything to make it right so I guess I will be going to a different location from now on.

The experience with the McDonald's manager was extremely disappointing. The manager seemed uninterested and disengaged, showing little regard for customer concerns. When I pointed out an issue with my order, instead of addressing it promptly, they seemed irritated and dismissive. The lack of professionalism and poor customer service was evident, making the entire experience unpleasant.
12:01am we order. . after waiting for 45 minutes for our order we still haven’t had our complete order we pulled around to ask for it fresh When we approached the manager to correct the issue, she proceeded to take our food back, saying she wouldn’t remake it or provide a refund. We were left with nothing, despite having paid hard-earned money for a meal that was never delivered as promised.
Her response was completely unprofessional and showed no regard for customer satisfaction. Not only did we waste 45 minutes waiting, but we were also left hungry and out of pocket. It’s incredibly frustrating when a manager acts with such disregard for both the customers and their team, showing no accountability for the service or the food provided.
To make matters worse, the manager wouldn’t provide her name and escalated the situation by calling the police on us. We were simply trying to get what we had paid for and be treated with basic respect as customers. This behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially from someone in a manager position.
Overall, the poor attitude and lack of accountability from the manager made my visit far worse than it should have been. It’s frustrating to see someone in a leadership position fail to provide a positive and efficient environment for both customers and staff.

So after giving this lady my code for the $6 meal she goes to tell me it's $9 and some change I told her no I wanted the $6 nugget meal so y'all better beware cuz they will try to cheat you all out your money I just drove off and told her never mind they want 15 and $16 to work at McDonald's but don't want to get your order right and try to cheat you out your money I'm so tired of these fast food restaurants And the lazy people that work there

Ordered online waited in line for over 20 minutes for our food then asked the lady at the 2nd window if there was sauce in our bag and she shook her head yes without checking or asking. Went back in line and wait another 10 minutes and she couldn’t apologize or anything. Our food was cold by the time we got home. This was 1-2-25 at 9:30pm

Wanted McRib as they advertised, didn’t have it. Ordered a Filet O fish and small fry. 7bucks for fries that have been hanging around under a warming light, and sandwich that was equally “barely warm” with about an 8th of a teaspoon of tarter sauce. A tiny little dollop in the middlle that i couldn’t even spread out. Won’t be going there again.

Door dasher beware !!! Award for slowest McDonald's with only one working line. I've waited for over 30 minutes in the drive thru in the last hour. Tell me what takes so long to make a cheeseburger meal ? Go somewhere else if you value your time DoorDash needs to remove this location from their platform The associate said today at 9:47 they are too busy to unlock their doors or run out the door dashes not caring about affecting other peoples jobs photos are a 12 minutes update barely moved
