Service was fast, and I see why. My food was cold. Cheese enchiladas and the cheese was right out of the fridge ??♀️ I will stick to Lafamilia lol. Flavor wasn’t bad though

Went there for lunch for me and two co-workers. I got a small taco salad plus sour cream. The menu on the website says $6.50. I go to pay and it’s $9.28?? I asked abt it and was told it’s bc of sour cream. Wow! I get back to work and no sour cream on any odors order yet we obviously paid for it. Called them to let them know and the response was “thanks for letting us know.” Very disappointing…

Absolute worst mexican food ive ever eaten they should be ashamed of food they are serving! Waited almost an hour for cold nasty food! I will never order from there again I threw all the food away after a couple bites!

I ended up furious with this place. They were amazing, but over the last few months they have gone drastically down hill. I might try again in June, but if it is still bad, I will never return.

I went to this place because they were one of the only places whom had a drive thru for Mexican food. Well I should of just ordered from an actual restaurant or even taco bell at this point and walked my happy butt in to grab the order.. Last time I be lazy when it comes to food..They didn't not give me the extra 3 tacos, sour cream, and salsa I paid for! Received a random bag of chips (granite the chips were the best out if everything), and the nachos looked like the toilet would be getting a refill on the hour. So I didn't eat the nachos. Gave this place a call and they had to dig for my receipt and he tells me I didn't order tacos. I said whatever! So he says you ordered sour cream and salsa (only red because they had no green). I said correct and I didn't receive any of those condiments. Worst ever! Not going back. Poor Customer service. Not even busy. SMH

I ordered taco salad that was supposed to be with Doritos and I got nachos with plan chips and I ordered 2 tacos and asked for medium/hard shell and I got them not even cooked. I called the restaurant and they told me there was nothing they could do because they no longer give refunds or make the orders again. I would not recommend this restaurant at all.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Not only was the service slow, but they forgot half of my order, then refused to give me the items I paid for but didn't get. So I paid extra money for only half my order. It was ridiculous. The server that helped me at the drive thru window also took it as a joke. I don't recommend poco Loco at all.

lobby is never open, service isn't good anymore when they are open. food is good overall if you catch them on a day where they have the drive threw open but expect your order to be slow and normally wrong.

I have only gone to this place a handful of times. 1st time my tacos were made wrong. (People make mistakes) 2nd time my tacos were wrong and it took 30 minutes for just 3. And this last and final time it, I didnt even get to order... waited in like for 30 minutes and didnt even get to order. Called and got a notice that the email was full.
