Today I went through the drive thru. Myself and my daughter. She ordered a sugar cookie latte. She did ask for half of the pumps of syrup. She ended up not liking it because it tasted like milk. So we went back through the drive thru and let the lady know that she couldn’t drink it because it had no flavor at all. The lady was extremely rude! Acting as if we were just wanting a free coffee. Stating well I don’t know! I followed the recipe so idk but you would need to pay if you want a different drink. I’ve worked in customer service for a very long time. This is not how you should treat your customers. Ever! I don’t think it would have hurt her to maybe try to make the drink again or at-least just be a little nicer! Customer service was HORRIBLE. You should always try to make the customer happy! I won’t be going back! I’m pretty sure I’m not the first person in the world to not like something they have ordered!

Very overpriced for what you get. Breakfast sandwiches come frozen pre-made. And youre paying $6+ for a large coffee that looks more like a medium. Probably wont be back.

What a gem! We were passing through town and a super bubbly, adorable gal (with great nails) waited on us, the coffees were amazing the selection is great. Made my entire day!

There coffee is wonderful I stop through at least a few times a week. There food is pretty good as well. Mind you this is a driver through only no place to sit as google was asking questions like this is a sit down restaurant and it is not.
