There coffee is wonderful I stop through at least a few times a week. There food is pretty good as well. Mind you this is a driver through only no place to sit as google was asking questions like this is a sit down restaurant and it is not.

Had the BEST matcha ever until recently. The iced matchas are extremely inconsistent. One day it will be perfect all my ad ins are included and the flavor is good. Other times it is so watered down tasting I can barely taste any matcha or any of the flavor I add to it. Or there is a bunch of matcha powder clumped to the bottom and the whole drink is full of clumps which is nasty. Makes me super sad!!! Love the people the service is amazing just bad matcha :(

It's usually good but last 2 times I went I got milk substitutions and added extra drizzle, but I received my drinks without whipped cream and no drizzle that I paid for. Then when I asked why there was no whipped cream (i wanted whipped cream) she told me you had to add it in the app because you got milk substitutions, when the drink already comes with it and there is no add only remove...and she didn't wanna add it after the fact either.

I don’t know if they have someone new but today They gave me a half full coffee and when I asked for them to fill it up, they tell you that’s how it is. Never had this happen there before but I will not be back. The coffee is already overpriced, fill the cup.also put the donut bites back in cups, when you paper bag them they end up becoming dry and disgusting.

Was a loyal customer to this place until I ordered a drink and they didn't give me the right ingredients in it and when I asked about it they told me they were out of that ingredient okay then you don't sell that drink or you let them know so they don't order it but I will never go there again I'll go next door to Tim Hortons from now on they're cheaper
