This is a better Subway in Burton, but hate having to drive all the way out here. They only have 1-3 workers working at a time and are incredibly slow. Maybe hire more workers?

This is based off tonight because they've went downhill since old manager left. 1st... online ordering was up.. yay! 2nd... there's a guy working there tonight by himself. Had to have someone come help, but he did better by HIMSELF than if they were fully staffed!!! Don't know his name..... BUT HE DESERVES A RAISE & A WEEK VACATION!!!

I want to like them because it’s so close to work and convenient but it’s just not worth the price for what you’re given unless they’re running their $6.99 footlong deal. The food tastes old, like the meat has been cooking and sitting forever, veggie and veggies subs are fine though.

I went through drive thru and sat there for 10 minutes while she took care of a customer on the inside. They are pleasant people but they don't do their job. I left and went somewhere else and I have no plans of ever returning.
