One girl working her butt off w a line full of people being awesome, her name is tiara...her coworker was swearing at a customer when I walked in, then she went out to a car full of people and was drinking tequila from a 4th bottle. She then came back in and stood around, still a line full of people..the other girl who was actually working kept asking her to do things and she just rolled her eyes. Tiara needs a raise for being so patient and doing the extra work this drunk girl caused her. This is truly a disgusting situation and I feel real bad for tiara.

Horrible store. Horrible employees. Horrible management. Whenever the employees were that worked on December 29th around 4:30 are horrible. Sat and waited for 15 minutes while seeing my food was sitting there ready getting cold, but I have patients and let other people get their food. My turn to go up to the counter and the old attitude filled lady just wanted to skip over me. So I raised my hand and said can I get my pickup please. Then instantly got attitude from the old Hag. The other male short syndrome fellow wanted to yell at me to get my coke out of the fridge, but guess what??? There was no coke in the fridge. I’ll happily go over the counter at an employee that wants to raise his voice at me. If you don’t your job, do better in life. Management is also a problem obviously, they never have enough employees to make it so you don’t have to wait a minimum for 20 minutes to get your food. If you go to Grand Blanc they’ll have your food ready to go in 5 minutes.

Had the worst sandwich from this location. Paid in advance also and had to wait behind all customers that were ordering just to get my sandwich. Who would make something to serve that they wouldn't eat???

The court st location near the Aldi's is terrible. Refused to take EBT even when it's says they do, closed two hours early and have rude workers.

My wife loves the tuna here, not a sandwich, or a salad...just a bowl with 4 scoops...and the staff found a way to charge me just for the scoops, I appreciate them!

The workers were very nice, I went through druce through and made an online order. I payed $23 for two subs with extra meat, both subs had the same regular amount. Didn't get any of our extra toppings we asked for. Will not be coming back.

I asked for my sandwich to not be toasted they toasted it anyway. When I asked to make a new one I was told you can't do that. So I basically paid for something I didn't want. Will Not be Back unless something is don't to correct the issue!

This the 3rd time that I’ve been greeted with “there are 2 pick up orders in front of you hold on” and whoever is taking orders forgets to come back to the drive through. The food is good I just suggest you order online if you want better service.

I’m normally not a complainer but I had a terrible experience here the other day. I ordered two sandwiches online at 5:15pm and I was quoted a 5:30 pick up time. They were closed on the inside so only way to get your food was drive thru. We got into line behind two other cars at exactly 5:30 because the line was moving pretty slow. We then waited in line for almost half an hour. I didn’t get my food until 5:57 and it notified me in the app it was finished at 5:35. By the time we got our food it was all correct except our sandwich’s were not warm anymore (both were toasted). The worker was very nice but it just was a crazy amount of time to wait for just two sandwiches. Likely won’t be back. :(
