It's Taco Bell, what more to say except they tried giving me a soda when I clearly asked for some type of juice. Boy got big mad when I said it was wrong, gave me attitude because he had to change it.

The automated computer that takes your order is SO ANNOYING. I almost left until a person came on. It interrupts you, doesn't give you time or anything. This IS THE FUTURE !

First of all i ordered something that had steak and substituted it with chicken. They proceed to substitute chicken but put steak on everything else in my box like how little common sense does this staff have? Never was asked if I wanted sauce, poor service when I told them I didnt want steak on everything else. “ it’s already made and paid for “ okay remake it buddy. This Taco Bell is garbage. Oh and to add to it look at this pitiful job of making a crunch wrap. Looks like whoever cooked it was hungry lol

This is the third time I’ve tried to go to Taco Bell when it’s supposed to be open. You can see the people in there, ignoring you. Won’t be back. Do better.

Placed the order with the machine. Couple special orders. When we received the food, noticed two of the items were made wrong and we were missing a soft taco. Went to let someone know, the person who made food didn't want to hear what was wrong with the food, just pitched it at the trash can and proceed to make the wrong item the first time, remade the right item, but still made it wrong, never got the soft taco because I never got the opportunity to tell him we never got it, and obviously either didn't want to be there or was having a bad day. So I just walked away. My daughter said they messed a sauce that was suppose to be added, but she also said it wasn't worth say something and just eat what she was given. Have had great service here before, but not today.

Is it standard practice to give 29 packets of mild sauce for 3 items? Rude. Wondered why the cashier was laughing at me while I pulled up to pay. Will be keeping my money at home, I can live without this fast food garbage. 5 layer beefy burrito made incorrectly, guy on the phone when I called was a jerk. What a waste of my time today.
