Stood at the counter for 5 minutes listening to the staff complain about a customer that was ordering at the drive through calling her a liar.Because she came back and said her food was made wrong, but my guess is they weren't listening.Most of them had headphones in and weren't paying attention to anything. And the prices are ridiculous. I was doing a grubhub delivery.I would not pay for their food anymore.They used to be my favorite situation

They would get a zero stars They told DoorDash my order was ready for pickup at 3:51 at 3:58 they said no it’s not I said how long they said 5 minutes I said ok I will go pickup my Starbucks because they lied and I don’t want my coffee cold I came back 8 min later they were serving drive thru and not my order. At 4:20 I contacted DoorDash to let them know I need to get home and my order still isn’t being done they say they are too busy… I let them know if they wouldn’t have said in the app the order was ready I wouldn’t have an issue but they did and 36min later is crazy wait time with my toddler. This store doesn’t need to lie bout orders ready when they are not or at least put effort to complete the order if it’s obviously an issue

Order accuracy here is generally better than most places. Food is always hot or at least well within eating warmth. Staff is also super friendly and great to chat with!

I went to this taco bell last night and ordered a gordita crunch which had a doughy tortilla and tasted un heated. They also forgot my cinnamon twists which came with my box order, gave me a watered down baja blast, and after i specifically put on my mobile order hot sauce and was confirmed at the speaker that I wanted HOT sauce they only gave me mild which was never requested. Honestly felt like I was being pranked with how bad my order was. I did go thirty minutes before close and I understand that that can be annoying as a worker but an establishment should not be open if they can not even serve a customer correctly. I am a tried and true taco bell lover and will not come back to this location again and want a refund.

We went there this morning and the workers, service, food, everything was phenomenal!! I just wanted to say a big thank you. Everything was fresh, delicious, we didn’t wait to long & the workers were so nice.

I would give this place ZERO stars if I could.. Felt like I was being rushed to order. Wasn’t even finished talking and the server tells me to pull up. Made my order wrong, and had a bad tone which felt like she had an attitude. I asked for cantina chicken and got steak and it was VERY sloppily made. I got TWO pieces of steak with barely any sauce on my chalupas.
