By far the best Tim Hortons in the area whatever you do avoid the one over at court and Center

I came into the building this morning, walked in and stood in line for about 15 minutes before asking if somebody could take my order. 5 people on shift they all walked past me as if I wasn’t there. Manager yelled at a short dark hair employee for not assisting us and she death stared me for 5 seconds before walking away crying LOL. Trying to intimidate me. Manager on shift was the only one working and still couldn’t get my order right after telling him twice. African American girl and tall white blondish hair girl were standing in the corner just watching us sit there and ask for help and laughing. I said my peace to these unprofessional CHILDREN and left. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. As a fast food manager it is beyond saddening.
my husband and I went here for a bagel and coffee... My husband ended up with a broken tooth due to a big piece of plastic in his bagel 🥯 and the manager could only say sorry.... 😑
Went there this morning and specifically asked for coconut milk in my latte as I have a lactose intolerance. Was cut off 3 times as I tried to ensure it was coconut milk and the rep just kept asking anything else but didn’t change it on the screen. She said “ok I gotcha anything else” and was very dismissive. I asked several times because ppl make mistakes. I got to the window and double checked with a guy and he said let me check and a manager said “Yea she used it” and I believed in that and got my drink and could automatically taste it was regular milk. I would’ve rather they have said they didn’t have any instead of being mislead. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I wasted my money and could’ve gotten ill. Do better.

I ordered a coffee mocha a 10 pack of Tim bits and a couple breakfast sandwiches. The young man at the counter was very nice. The coffee mocha tasted like straight coffee, no whipped topping or chocolate sauce. The breakfast sandwiches were cold. When I asked to have whipped topping on my coffee mocha and that it tasted like straight coffee, I got handed a lid with whipped cream on it. To put it in my coffee myself. Shouldn't be that hard to make a coffee mocha that actually taste like a coffee mocha. Breakfast sandwich is not being cooked. Cheese Wasn't even melted. The people that worked there were nice enough, but miss the Mark big time and preparing the drink and food.

Took forever to get our coffee then it’s just straight coffee no cream or sugar which no big deal mistakes happen but when I took them in to get fixed every employee looked at me like I was garbage then not one apology not even an acknowledgement from any of the staff except for the blonde younger maybe late 20s tops was very sweet as for the rest of them y’all need to teach your staff good customer service! I run a store and my staff would Nvr treat a paying customer that was not mean nor rude at all the way y’all did!

Not really happy that I placed a $50 order on the app, have never been to this location and for some reason my order went to this store, I called 3 minutes after I realized that it was at the wrong address and that it would not allow me to cancel it in the app, which is ridiculous in itself, and told them not to make the drinks, that it was at the wrong place. The cashier informed me there was nothing they could do, and the charge went ahead on my card. So now I have to dispute it with my bank, I use the app almost every day. They’re customer service is non existent as well.

Ordered the loaded scrambled eggs and bacon box for the first time and it looks like something just thrown in the box. The eggs were over cooked, partially burnt. I definitely don't recommend this menu item.
