Not really happy that I placed a $50 order on the app, have never been to this location and for some reason my order went to this store, I called 3 minutes after I realized that it was at the wrong address and that it would not allow me to cancel it in the app, which is ridiculous in itself, and told them not to make the drinks, that it was at the wrong place. The cashier informed me there was nothing they could do, and the charge went ahead on my card. So now I have to dispute it with my bank, I use the app almost every day. They’re customer service is non existent as well.

Ordered the loaded scrambled eggs and bacon box for the first time and it looks like something just thrown in the box. The eggs were over cooked, partially burnt. I definitely don't recommend this menu item.

At about 12pm on 2/12/25 I ordered a turkey panini, which is not on the menu, chips and medium sprite. My total was $9. The 2 women I interacted with were nice, polite, and helpful. They almost forgot to give me my drink, I had to ask for it after I was handed my food and told to have a good day, I received no napkins or receipt. Honestly in todays world it was a good fast food interaction for me.

Food and beverages are average. I stood at the counter for 10min before I was even greeted by any of the 4 staff working. The mens bathroom smells terrible and the toilets are gross and stained.

Tim Hortons can never get or breakfast right. It's not hard to give a customer a warm bagel with cream cheese or a coffee made correctly. Our coffee are always messed up. Will not be back to any Tim

I was surprised that a Tim Hortons location had only a 3.3 rating on Google, but I decided to try it. The exterior of the building needs some landscaping. It would be great to see Tim Hortons take more pride in the appearance of their stores. I ordered two breakfast wraps, but unfortunately, they were bland, cold, and didn't seem to have much filling. I didn't keep the receipts, so I won't be able to reach out to them via email.

Vegetarian options: I have seen all vegtable soup plain bagels you can order any wrap or sandwiches with no meat.

Stopped at the drive through and ordered tidbits which were delicious but we were also trying to order some coffee and the girl working the window was extremely rude when we ordered the coffee she was like we'll which one do you want do you want this or this with a very bad attitude and we had never been there before so we didn't know what it was called. Then she started throwing stuff out the window at us saying here here here faster than we could set it down she was extremely rude. Also I ordered a vanilla iced coffee and she gave it to me black with nothing in it. I didn't catch her name but she had an accent and was very very rude
