The current afternoon staff, most being relatively new are very good at customer service. My rating is based solely on my interactions. I often leave there in a better mood on my way to work.
At about 12pm on 2/12/25 I ordered a turkey panini, which is not on the menu, chips and medium sprite. My total was $9. The 2 women I interacted with were nice, polite, and helpful. They almost forgot to give me my drink, I had to ask for it after I was handed my food and told to have a good day, I received no napkins or receipt. Honestly in todays world it was a good fast food interaction for me.
I was surprised that a Tim Hortons location had only a 3.3 rating on Google, but I decided to try it. The exterior of the building needs some landscaping. It would be great to see Tim Hortons take more pride in the appearance of their stores. I ordered two breakfast wraps, but unfortunately, they were bland, cold, and didn't seem to have much filling. I didn't keep the receipts, so I won't be able to reach out to them via email.
