my husband and I went here for a bagel and coffee... My husband ended up with a broken tooth due to a big piece of plastic in his bagel 🥯 and the manager could only say sorry.... 😑
The current afternoon staff, most being relatively new are very good at customer service. My rating is based solely on my interactions. I often leave there in a better mood on my way to work.
At about 12pm on 2/12/25 I ordered a turkey panini, which is not on the menu, chips and medium sprite. My total was $9. The 2 women I interacted with were nice, polite, and helpful. They almost forgot to give me my drink, I had to ask for it after I was handed my food and told to have a good day, I received no napkins or receipt. Honestly in todays world it was a good fast food interaction for me.
