The folks working today were very quick and kind! Turns out there was some confusion with our order because there were 3 with the same name (and mine is a bit unique). The folks working got it sorted immediately after some confusion. Food was delicious and made properly, this is our go to Tim Hortons now!

I ordered the chicken noodle soup and it had not one piece of chicken in it. This is my 3rd time getting horrible food from here, don’t waste your money or time! This location sucks when it comes to food.

I literally had just walked into Tim Hortons and as I’m approaching the counter I saw the employee using her phone with her gloves on that she was handling the food with. She never changed them. I pulled her to the side and mentioned it and she smiled and said thank you. It was only when I asked her to change the gloves she still had on from using her phone, that she changed them. Only to find out she’s the manager. I will be reaching out to corporate as well!
