Pulled up ordered 2 XL dark roast 5 sugar 2 cream get to the window she hands me 1 XL dark roast i asked about the second but she informed me she was out of dark roast. How does a coffee shop run out of coffee? Do better

Alright y’all, I got 2 breakfast English muffins… and waited 20+ min for just 1 of them lol. I usually don’t have an issue waiting for my food but this is ridiculous.

Me and my husband was there yesterday we got 2 xl coffees with 4 and 4 got our coffees and 1 was 4 and 4 but the other one was just plain. I myself love Tim Hortons coffee so was really disappointed

I had an unexpectedly disappointing experience, as the attitude exhibited was both dismissive and unprofessional. This was particularly surprising since it came from the owner’s daughter.

Whoever is making their ice coffees at this specific location,(court st) needs to watch a training video or something. This is the most bitter, most disgusting Carmel ice coffee, triple triple, I've ever wasted money on.
There is not a single drop of flavor in this drink. No sweetness. It tastes like a black coffee but room temperature. Because it only has like 5 ice cubes.
Trash. 10/10 do not recommend.

I'm so tired of this place...My wife , my daughters , my son and myself have been supporting these Indians for years..And one thing for sure , they don't care about customer satisfaction..every now and then if the girl named Kim is there I will order spinich egg bites and she will make them right , ..the owners daughter is the worst , she gave me 2 egg whites and when I mean you could throw these things and put someone's eye out..HORRIBLE EVERYTIME THE OWNERS DAUGHTER MAKES THEM...And she got so angry at me on the phone she said "well if I were you I wouldn't order them anymore" WOW...SHE BASICALLY THREW MY MONEY BACK AT ME ..and I haven't been back since...also , when you order the Tim Bits , check you box...if you order 20 there will only be 17 in there , the 10 pack will only get you 8...she's a thief and they pride themselves on being that way...I already explained to a cousin of mine who is employed with our news stations and we're going to make sure everyone knows about this....

I go through the drive thru 1-2 times a week. The person who takes my order is always kind and soft spoken ❤️ I usually order a large hot coffee double-double with a shot of espresso & a 4 cheese bagel toasted with extra cream cheese: their espresso machine is hit or miss on if it’s working. Last time it was down, they offered to make me a dark blend to make it a little stronger- good alternative! They also take “extra cream cheese” literally, which I love! Any other Tim Hortons are so skimpy with it. Their drive thru also moves quickly so if you pull up and the line is long, rest assured you won’t be waiting long!

I have had nothing but issues with this Tim Hortons. I cannot drink regular coffee and have had them put regular coffee in my cup before.
This time when I went through they said they only had about a 1/4 cup of decaf left and did I want to fill the rest with regular coffee, so I nicely explained that I can't have regular, and they asked if I wanted to fill the rest with water then.... ???? No??? Make more decaf please, I don't mind waiting.
So I asked them if it would be too much trouble to make more and they said it would be just a couple minutes and to pull around front. Still waited about 10 minutes for the decaf, which was fine cause I didn't have anything going on, but regularly I get cold decaf because they don't keep it warm. (Throw it in the microwave, I don't care)

I just really wish ya'll could be consistent. Teaching your employees how to make drinks all the same. Everyday I order the same thing and 50% of the time my medium vanilla cold Brew w cold foam is an iced coffee w cream and whipped cream. It's gross, but I don't trust sending it back to be remade.
