The grills were down and they were still open. I do not blame the workers or managers, I blame corporate. If your restaurant becomes that inefficient, close down for a couple days to fix the issue, and give the workers PTO. Who goes to a burger restaurant for anything other than a burger???

Let me start by saying I love Wendy's food but... Half the time when I go for breakfast they are out of coffee or the coffee machine is broken. The last time I had breakfast the egg was so old and hard I thought I had bitten into a piece of plastic. It had clearly been sitting under the heater for a looong time.
I have since given up on attempting their breakfast but figured lunch may be a different story. Well today we ordered 2 kids meals, chili and a burger meal. Before we drove away we realized they forgot the chili. I was able to walk back in and get it. But we got all the way home and we're getting the kids set up to eat when we realized one of the kids meals only had fries and no nuggets.
I love Wendy's food but this location needs some serious help.

The WORSE experience EVER! First I was given drinks and frosty with no straws or spoons. Then I was told to park. Waited 20 minutes for them to give me the wrong order and cold fries. I told the young lady who brought the food outside that the order was wrong and I didn’t get straws or utensils. She went back inside. Something told me to go in as well. I went in and there was the big guy in drive thru and the young lady who brought the food outside talking so much crap about me saying I’m missing items. The entire restaurant could hear what they were saying. Customers were in line and all and they were being very disrespectful and rude with their conversation. They were so involved in talking crap, they never even realized I was standing right there in the lobby. I asked for a refund and told them they can keep the food because of this is how service is and allowed, they didn’t deserve my hard earned money. They literally told me they would not issue a refund because the food was already prepared whether I took it or not. I spent $40 there and am now out of my money. I will never return to this Wendy’s again and I will be calling corporate to let them know how this store is ran and for a refund.

I came in to order food and when it was my turn to be helped I got nasty attitude from two different ladies working there. And when I went to show my rewards code my phone was snatched out of my hand. I have never had a problem with anyone here before but after today I definitely won’t be coming back.
Ive came here after 1030 its 1045 and im still waiting these people take their time on what ever you order and its terrible never coming back

I waited 12 minutes for fresh food. It wasn't fresh at all and they forgot the dips and chili hot sauce. Rude adittudes. They don't deserve the pay they get bottom line. Someone needs to inspect this place.
