This Wendy's never has anything that u want to order. Also never any workers takes forever to get an order even placed and another 10 minutes for the food. They need more workers and better service and management of the food ordered to the company.

Went to go order breakfast at 10:12 and they said their computers are down for 20 minutes and by the time they will be up they would only be serving lunch. ?? highly disgusted because why can’t you take the order and cash it out using downtime procedures very unprofessional. Also before I even drove there I called the phone multiple times to make sure my gas wasn’t wasted and they never answered.

The cheese on my Cheeseburger was stone cold and pop was watered down service was slow and fry’s way over cooked, and the bathroom was a BOMB feces all over one toilet and trash all over the floor. Will Never Go Back Health Department should go through.

So I went to this after I seen my son's football game and i ordered a biggie bag with bbq and and a bacon burger with pickles,ketchup and when I got my food in the biggie bag instead or bbq I got ranch and and the bacon burger was just bacon and there nuggets tasted like they not even

half the menu they didn't have ingredients. couldn't even get cheese on my burger. out of dr pepper. how is that acceptable. could get a burger without cheese. thats ridiculous.

I live around the corner from this Wendy's but try to avoid it at all cost because its always a bad experience. I'm not sure who owns this restaurant but they really need to fire every single person who works here including the managers or they are going to lose all kinds of business. This place is AWFUL! Bad service, the help look like slobs, the red headed cook was disgusting and had a bad attitude, the place was so disgustingly dirty, the women were so rude and dirty looking. GROSS GROSS GROSS! DO NOT EAT HERE!

Went to Wendy’s today. Waiting at the counter for 10 minutes. Workers looked at us multiple times. Then finally said. “Drive through only” and walked away. There are zero signs, and see indicators that they are doing drive through only right now so that was very confusing.

Does anyone ever review Wendy's on Yelp? Probably not - I won't be providing any mystical insight on how their food is prepared or the tastiness of their chili. However - if your considering a visit to this Wendy's / Tim Horton's... Stop. Don't consider it, don't even ponder the possibility. You may never even get your food, I've actually been writing this while in line for the drive thru. Going on 15 minutes now, 3 cars in line. I assume someone died. Most likely in or around my chili too. I just got up to the window. They asked, "What was your order again?" Oy vey.

Unfortunately this wendys is always incredibly slow. And somethings always wrong. Computers are down or they're out of something. Save time and just drive to another wendys. Even with the distance it will be faster. Promise.

Just horrible. Asked for a burger sandwich only plus a cup of ice, only to realise after I pulled away they charged me for a meal.The burger was inedible. Dry and hard as a hockey puck. I threw it out.For almost $10, all I really enjoyed was a small cup of ice.Not my first bad experience with Wendy's. But definitely my last.

Dont normally write for fast food. Quality of the food really depends on the shift. My visit 3 weeks ago was great. My visit this week....not so much. My burger was burnt, no lemonade and the staff while slightly busy blamed thier issues on the previous shift and it felt like we were an inconvenience.

I’d give zero stars if I could. Went last night at 11 to order food, all lights were off, wasn’t sure if they were even open. The lady was so rude to us. She acted like we were an inconvenience to her by ordering food an hour before they closed. Said in a snippy tone “that’s going to take 20 minutes to make!” We said we would wait. But we only decided to drive away and not get anything when we see the worker slowly making her way from the back up to the front walking at a snails place and looking grumpy and I said that she looked like the most miserable person I have ever seen. I’ll never go here again. Place seems like it needs a complete overhaul. Don’t you understand that your workers are the first line of defense when it comes to an appearance? And when they talk rude and act and look grumpy that it doesn’t even matter about the food anymore, it’s such a huge turn off! Went to the one in Grand Blanc and was treated a hell of a lot better!

I would advise going to a different Wendy's. These workers are rude to customers they don't like their fast food job and it shows. They have trouble getting an order correct and get mad at you when you politely let them know what's wrong. She has a horrible attitude cause she was asked to fix it. She was getting irritated cause we asked a few questions about the menu. Another trip we went for breakfast and they stopped serving it early. My sister asked do you stop at 10:20 or 10:30 she replied rudely with 10:20 knowing she was wrong no apology just an attitude. I won't return to this Wendy's.
