The line was out the door and very confusing. Even though there was empty space in the center, the bad workers did not do anything to help. The food was amazing but took very long to get out. Even though there were 4 workers in the front, 1 was looking at his phone, 1 was actually making pretzels (?), 1 disappeared or left, and 1 was being a slow and annoying cashier. Very disappointed Aunie Anne’s…
Update: cashier actually did the most work (?)

Went in at 10:05 right after they opened & we were told it would be a 20 minute wait for any pretzels because they just opened.

I forgot how small that place is and when you get a bunch of people in there it gets crowded. They were out of the kind that we ordered and they were coming up within 5 minutes so it was nice to not to wait long.

Stopped in on Friday about 6:00. Received a very dry, tough pretzel..and a 3/4 filled cup of cinnamon bites. Paid over $14.00 for 1 cup & 1 pretzel was already high priced, but being dry...made me feel I wasted money throwing the tough pretzel away. If you sell by the cup, it should be full - not partially full. When they dry out...make more. If it sits for a couple hours it's not worth top dollar.I will wait & go back to Wetzels who serves FRESH pretzels.

There is a lot of salt on the bread, a bit salty but delicious
Says they open at 10am, drove all the way here and there are not open. Please change your hours so people don't waste their time making the trip here!
I love Auntie Anne's so much. Unfortunately, this location is not always great. It was pretty sad when there were several employees that stood around while ONE person manned the register.
If you have any disability, are hearing or visually impaired, or are just coming here for the first time: Expect to have 0 guidance in ordering and no regard for accommodation even when requested. The manager was happier to have me walk out rather than treat me with kindness or respect, and I wish I had known about the blatant discrimination Auntie Anne’s stands by before wasting my energy :(

Seth was super awesome and very helpful. He went above and beyond with my needy kiddo.
To expensive for me
