The staff @ the byron center location are OUTSTANDING!!! always great service with a smile and courteous it's one of the best parts of my day!

I love Boardwalk subs. I've been a customer since the beginning. So much better then any regional or national chain. You have way more excellent protein choices. You have a lot more topping as well. Rogue is a game changer. If you like sandwiches I'm sure you'll find one you will love here.

Great service from friendly staff. The menu is a bit more involved than a regular subway, but the employees are very friendly and enthusiastic, resulting in a positive experience. I lived on the east coast the past 4 years and this staff reminded me of hometown hospitality. There are a few booths inside where you can eat, but it’s designed as an on the go kind of place.

While the location might be different. Boardwalk subs always make the best sandwiches hands down.

The subs tasted good as always. However, the staff need to have better food safety practices. While coding this location yesterday evening, a young girl who was cleaning the tables when we walked in came behind the counter to help build sandwiches. She put on gloves (unsure if she washed her hands prior) then with her gloved hands she wiped down the counter behind the line, touched the trash can, then put toppings on subs and wrapped up our subs, cashed us out, then went back to helping make food for people behind us in line. Never changing gloves or washing hands. Touching trash, wiping counters, touching money or cash registers and then never changing your gloves and washing hands is not okay!! Please train staff to do better

Dude, over $20.00 for a mediocre at best 1/2 sub, chips, drink, and a small tip? Give me a break. Did y’all’s rent go up? Not worth it. I won’t be back.

Mmmmmm delightful

Tried Boardwalk for the first time, won't be back. Ordered a sub with Italian meats, and got a Turkey sub. Had all the right veggies I requested, and the receipt attached to the bag was what I ordered. The one meat I dont eat is Turkey.

After trying the East Beltline location we came to the Byron Center one because we knew we would be treated well as always here. Smiling and polite staff. No snarky attitude, just friendly and efficient. I'm not sure why this has less stars but we never had issues here. We started at the old location on Division and 54/52 St. By Big Lots. When that went away we found the Byron Center one and until the BeltLine location have never had poor service or quality. If all the locations operated like this one your company should have no real complaints.
