First time trying this place even though we live in BC. Just a breakfast/lunch place so that's typically tougher for us to go to but glad we were able to stop in. Apparently they've recently been renovated so I don't know what it was like before but everything did seem newer and definitely clean. Service was per quick and friendly, I forget our young servers name but everyone was very nice and welcoming. I got the hot pot roast sandwich, it was tasty with the gravy over everything: maybe too much after awhile but it did remind me of how ma and grandma used to do it! Kids portions were the right amount and they loved it and the wrap my wife got was fresh and tasty as well. Best thing about this place is the prices are home town and home cooking worthy (think the highest thing on menu is $15), so very reasonable price for reasonable and filling portions. We'll be back to try breakfast at some point I know!

Had not been in since the remodel and we were glad we stopped for breakfast. Food was well proportioned, arrived quick and was very tasty. Eggs were light and fluffy in my omelette, and toast was perfect. Service was quick and friendly, my coffee cup never went empty. Atmosphere was relaxed and despite being busy, was not too loud or noisy. We'll be back to try lunch.

I tried Byron Family Restaurant for the first time because I wanted some breakfast, and I tried their "Big Daddy" with 3 sunny side up eggs, sausage patties and hash browns and it tasted amazing. Absolutely perfect. The hash browns were so crispy on the top, the eggs were perfectly made and the sausage patties weren't dried out. The coffee is phenomenal. So hot and fresh and we got to get to go cups to take with us, and the coffee was still scorching hot. I absolutely love it. Definitely will be returning here for more breakfast mornings. I highly recommend this place, if your a breakfast lover like I am. You won't be disappointed. And the staff is so friendly and on top of it. Thank you BFF for making my morning a good one. ?

We love this family restaurant, the food is skyways fresh and fantastic with a pleasant variety of choices. The service is beyond exceptional, always friendly and attentive. We also recently had the opportunity to enjoy the catering service at a wedding…THE BEST EVER sincerely, even the corn was simply delicious, along with everything else

Love the new look of the place. Us Byron Center bus drivers like to meet in the morning on half days for a wind down and chat. Great atmosphere for it, the place is always busy! Good food and great company and the coffee hits the spot!
