Never have any problems with the food but you have to ask can you add something to your own order cause they’ll just give you a total instead of asking anything else, and then would hand me a pop that they see does not have the top on all the way causing spills and will just watch me fix it

So sick of paying for vanilla custard. I asked for double topping, and I maybe get half of what’s supposed to be in here if I ordered 2 topping. This happens almost every time we order from here.

The food is wonderful as always however when ordering through the drive through there seems to be some difficulties in understanding large orders being placed.

It’s Culvers. It’s well run, well staffed, and the menu is great! Everything is clean and well kept. I even saw one of the staff cleaning the baseboards the other day. I’ve NEVER seen that at any fast food place anywhere before.

I come here way too often because the food is always so fresh and good quality. Tonight I had to go through the line 3 times because I was given the wrong order. I understand if the person taking the orders was new but I would think when you go through the line the second time they would get the order correct. To top it off the manager Ariana was extremely rude, not apologetic and basically referred to me as being a liar. After trying to explain how all three sandwiches came out incorrect, she said “ I mean not really I double checked the order” after explaining how my sandwich for the third time was incorrect and I was given the wrong bag yet again, I asked if she was calling me a liar and that’s when her tone changed. Arianna should not be in charge when she obviously cannot manage simple situations like what happened tonight. I am extremely disappointed in the way she treated me and only can hope that customers in the future are not treated how she treated me tonight. This could’ve been avoided but she obviously cannot manage a team, and handle issues with orders. By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced here.
