Never have any problems with the food but you have to ask can you add something to your own order cause they’ll just give you a total instead of asking anything else, and then would hand me a pop that they see does not have the top on all the way causing spills and will just watch me fix it

It’s Culvers. It’s well run, well staffed, and the menu is great! Everything is clean and well kept. I even saw one of the staff cleaning the baseboards the other day. I’ve NEVER seen that at any fast food place anywhere before.

I come here way too often because the food is always so fresh and good quality. Tonight I had to go through the line 3 times because I was given the wrong order. I understand if the person taking the orders was new but I would think when you go through the line the second time they would get the order correct. To top it off the manager Ariana was extremely rude, not apologetic and basically referred to me as being a liar. After trying to explain how all three sandwiches came out...
