The service was so fast and attentive, but the food was pretty disappointing. I drove out of my way to come get something I don’t usually get, and because of the quality of the food I received I wont be ordering food from them anymore. They beverages are fine and the people that work there are super nice, its just a bit disappointing to not get what you pay for in terms of quality. My hashbrowns were VERY soggy and the bagel was very dry/stale.

Just got the Mango Daydream Fresher with extra sweet foam. Aiyana was absolutely amazing and delivered exactly whay I asked for. Girl, you're amazing. Thank you!!! My daughter is now trying to steal my drink...its that good!

I walked in and was not greeted and then I stood at the cash register for several minutes before anyone approached me or said anything to me. There were two employees that looked right at me and completely ignored me. I actually felt invisible for a moment there. I won’t be returning to this location

Went in w the kids on a Saturday afternoon for a treat. Sadly, likely won’t be back. Kiosk ordering didn’t represent the doughnuts they had in the case. We received an undercooked fritter (pictured), and the rest of the offerings looked fine but didn’t taste good. Personnel didn’t make us feel welcome.
Kinda of a newer location, thought they’d have it all ironed out by now- less than ideal experience.

Grabbed drive thru. Got a latte and doughnut. Very friendly staff and quick. Coffee was just ok but doughnut hit the spot. I'd recommend stopping.

This Dunkin' location is my preferred choice among the three in the area due to its consistently superior service. The staff is always attentive and efficient, ensuring quick and accurate order fulfillment, unlike the Jenison location on Chicago Drive. This morning, due to travel constraints, I was forced to use the Chicago Drive location's drive-thru, which resulted in an unacceptable delay. I opted to pick up my online order inside, specifying a frozen coffee with four extra pumps of caramel. Instead, I received a vanilla bean Coolatta and encountered rudeness when I corrected the error. Furthermore, the extra caramel pumps were omitted. Consequently, I visited my preferred Byron Center location, where I was immediately greeted and, after explaining the situation, offered a complimentary correction with a sincere apology. This exemplifies exceptional customer service! Thank you again!
