Came in for a pick up order I had placed 20 minutes prior, and was told that it would be just a few minutes. No big deal, I just sat down to wait. 10 minutes go by and nobody had yet said a word to me, and I’m the only customer in the store. So I give it a few more minutes before I get up and walk back to the counter, where I was willfully ignored by every employee who walked by for the next few minutes.
