Food wasn't good but you get what you pay for. Cheesy bread was soft and fresh pep pizza was hard as a board. service was really slow for 5 ppl behind the counter. Its a little caesars what do you expect for atmosphere?

Their pizza is fine, but waiting an hour for 1 pizza and 1 set of crazy puffs which should take at max 10 min to cook is ridiculous

Absolutely a joke! Waited 1 hour for two pepperoni pizzas, was told nothing about there being a wait time involved. After that one hour of trying to give them the benefit of the doubt we left empty handed with a supposed refund and a hour of my evening gone. Waiting area was filled with angry customers wondering where the food was that we all already paid for and employees blatantly ignoring and refusing to answer customer questions even ignored some that just wanted to cancel their order and leave. Everyone in there was waiting for over an hour. Even a girl employee throwing a fit about being asked how much longer when we’ve been patiently and politely waiting for a hour!!

Every time I order online to the portal I am left waiting. I'm on limited lunch time and if I order ahead I shouldn't be left waiting 20 minutes after time selected I would arrive. No apologies no compensation for my time lost at work because someone can't make a pepperoni pizza properly. Very poor

Another pizza place dumping toppings in the middle and not evenly. It was the more extensive meat pizza. A pepperoni was also over done and dried out. The other two were good.

Current time 625 pm, Today is Friday October 13th, as usual a lot of fast food places and pizza places are busy. However it is not custom for them to take their phone off the hook so no one can call and order. I was trying to order for an hour and a half by phone. But the phone line kept on saying busy. Upon arrival to the store, the phone was visibly off of the hook (on purpose )when I mentioned it to the hiring /store manager, he said he knew it was off the hook cause they were busy. I said so you did it on purpose? He said yes. Totally unprofessional.Edit: 57 min later:7:24 phone is still off the hook.I'm going to keep calling to see when they finally put the hook back on. I work fast food, and I've worked pizza before. You are literally loosing your location money.Edit: 8:03 pmFINALLY THE PHONE IS BACK ON THE HOOK.I was calling since 545/6 pm, that is unacceptable. More than 2 hours for the phone to be purposefully left off the hook?! Corporate is gonna be thrilled.
