These people are absolutely horrible. No respect for people. Dont know how to make food. Run them out of business. Rather have no mcdonalds in Byron center than have this crapshoot of a place. Fire everyone immediately on staff. No manners no respect no service. HORRIBLE

So sad that this McDonald's is in Byron Center. The food is ALWAYS cold. I've gotten Frappes that were only 2/3 full (they try to be slick filling the space with whipped cream). Ive gone to the drive thru and just waited there for like 5 mins, and no one was there to take my order. ALSO, this McDonald's is the most expensive one in the area compare to other McDonald's that actually serve hot food (like Wayland)!!! The frappes are the same price as Dunkin!!! If I didnt live in the area, I would never come here

Worst McDonald’s possible. Always gets the order wrong. This last time I placed an order inside and it took 45 minutes for my food. Once I got it I noticed that I was missing half the items. I had to then wait another 10 minutes for someone to come back to the front who then proceeded to give me attitude for her screw up. Terribly managed. This was on Sunday July 27th around 10:00am.

One of the employees who I couldn’t tell the name tag, but I think I read it correct. It said Nathaniel and he had bushy hair was vaping right after he made my food. He thought he was slick. He was sitting down enjoying a snack break when I saw him, take out his vape and puff out a bunch of smoke. This was disgusting knowing he made my food.

I would avoid this McDonald's at all costs. Unless you're actually desperate to eat fast food, nobody here is competent in any way. It took me 20 minutes to get a plain cheeseburger which I ordered ahead of time on the app and picked up in the drive through and I ended up having to go inside the store to get my food.

Have all McDonald's gotten this bad. No one at the counter, rang the bell, nobody came. Gave up and just took a booth and worked on my laptop. This is NOT the first or only time this has happened. This is a really bad example of McDonald's. I won't go back!

Long long wait. At least a 20 minute wait. Then they brought out the wrong food. The food they brought out next was not made right but we were already on the road and didn't turn back.

I took my 3 year old and newborn through the drive thru for a quick meal on our way to our destination. We sat in line for a solid 15 minutes, then were told our food wouldn’t be ready for a while longer at the window. We sat in the drive thru waiting area for another 10 minutes (at this point my newborn was hungry and crying) and they finally brought out a bag. They forgot the happy meal, so we waited a couple more minutes for that. I pulled off to breastfeed my newborn in the parking lot, and realized they gave me the completely wrong order. I called to see if I could wait in the online order area for someone to bring out the right order, and they made me come inside to fix it because it was “easier for them”. I ended up unbuckling my 3 year old and getting the newborn out of the car to go inside and fix the order. It was all around a terrible experience, but they made it right at the end getting us the right food. Just glad they have snack wraps again!
