Very slow service and not well staffed. I ordered online, drove to the store, I walked in and waited for 10 minutes for my food to come out and the person who brought it out didn’t make eye contact or ask if I needed anything. Just walked away. My order was wrong and the staff had no concern about the situation.

The cheeseburgers are very thin and do not taste very good. The fries taste like cigarette smoke, and there was a strand of hair in them. In my ketchup cup, there was a good amount of mustard mixed in. Also, my Oreo McFlurry only had Oreo in the first inch of the cup. Atmosphere is great tho! Still wouldn’t recommend.

I mean, I eventually got my food, but I was the only person in the lobby when I ordered and it took 20 minutes to get a Happy Meal and a Coke Zero. Lol. I'm typically not one to complain about service at a fast food place, especially McDonald's, but zoinks.

Just sitting in line, as usual, with 1 car in front of me at 8:40pm. Took 16 minutes to get my food, order was wrong, no sauces, sat at the window beeping my horn to try and get their attention to get sauce and no one came to the window. I am fed up with the horrible service. I’ve learned my last lesson with this garbage McDonald’s. It’s been horrible for years!

I knew better than to cone to this McDonald's but, We tried it anyway and man they dont disappoint when you dont expect anything....... 10 minute wait to take our order...... 20 minutes to get our food. And of course half of everything is cold or old food......

This is the worst service possible for a fast food restaurant. They have retired men running the counter and only offer reheated meat and soft drinks. We were the only people in the drive thru and lashonna and bill were having a 10 pm snack break in the back. This place needs to figure things out or go out of business to a Taco Bell.

Service was extremely slow. Took more than 10 minutes to get three kids meals. The staff can be hard arguing about pay through the window. If you want your order in a timely manner. I would recommend going here.

I’m so irritated, I know these are younger kids learning and probably experiencing their first job, but seriously i asked for extra onion and pickle and got this, also on TWO BOTTOM buns. The fries were old and definitely the bottom of the basket. I don’t have to go to mcdonald’s but maybe check and see if they know what they are doing because this is frustrating especially for waiting as long as we did you would expect the food to be hot. sincerely a pregnant women 🤷🏼♀️

I would give them 0 stars if I could , last time I went I was told to pull around and waited 20 mins for my food watched the worker give my food to someone else then I walked in and they told me that I had never placed an order. Tonight I waited in the drive through for over 15 mins then got cold fries no straws no napkins and 0 game pieces on my large items.. absolutely garbage McDonald's and will never go back and would recommend eating anywhere else over that. Needless to say when I got home my food went right in the garbage.
