If you like fecal matter/drugs whatever in your food this is the stop! Stopped in for a quick drive thru lunch at the back window I paid with cash, the lady who took the cash proceeded to turn around and make breakfast burritos without changing gloves. I sat and watched her for awhile in disbelief. I got out of the car (passenger) an went into full Karen mode. I spoke with manager who apologized and said she would address it and send her home. I walked out but somehow didn’t believe the sincerity so went back in to get a name but they would not give me a name of the manager or would she come back up, then heard them yelling to stop so they didn’t address my initial concern. I got a younger (not manager) employee telling me she wouldn’t stop and the manager wouldn’t do anything about it. I called the 1-800 they took my basic info and never called, I messaged corporate and as well nothing. They don’t care about your health. I have videos of the manager stating she would address it and as well videos of them younger girl after saying she didn’t and wouldn’t address it. Oh and then got the wrong order to top it off.

I went through the drive thru on Monday, November 18th at 445pm. I got through at 5:12. I ordered Spicy Mcnugetts. I get home and the nuggets were rock hard. I could handle the time in the drive thru but at least I could have gotten food I could have eaten. 😠

I went to this location today and they were very friendly. The wait time was very reasonable. They accidentally gave my order to a different customer and quickly recreated it. The manager and staff were extremely nice! Overall a great experience!

I am not satisfied and will not be back. I had an item buried under fries and napkins and didn’t realize it was there. I told the person and the window and then when I realized the item was in the bag I apologized multiple times and as I was driving away I heard multiple employees mocking and talking badly about me. Also the drink I got was not full, I am not satisfied at all with this McDonald’s and will not be giving them my business anymore.

We went with our grandkids for an early dinner around 3:30. The restaurant was overrun by 20-30 middle school students. When I approached the counter to order, I was instructed to use the kiosk as they were "so busy". It is not my preferred way to order, but shortly after starting our order there the person behind the counter started taking other orders! The kids in there were so loud and disruptive. While we were eating, there was an altercation between kids in the group right next to our table. At no time did anyone there ask the kids to be quiet, settle down or leave the premises. It is the last time we will ever frequent this location.
Sitting for almost an hour and when I finally got my food i dident even get my fries terrible service. This place sucks don't go

This is the slowest McDonald's. Most places ordered and out in 5 mins or less even in a rush. Give yourself 15+ here. I left without my food after 10 mins watching people standing around. Have had other bad experiences with slow or unavailable items here too, always something when I come to this location, so save yourself frustration and just pick another location.
