Pizza was ready exactly when it was promised (I had ordered ahead for a specific time). It was hot and delicious, best thing you can say about a pizza! Service at counter was excellent.

Halloween evening was slammed. We placed an online order for 5:15pm pick up. The order wasn’t ready until 6pm.
***HOWEVER, the staff took full responsibility and made it right for us.***
