visited tonight — on a cold, quiet & slow evening (5:30pm). staff was standoffish and rude. bathrooms were both out of soap, and unclean. cheesy bread was over cooked. the vegan cheese tasted good on the pizza. overall don't really recommend.

I don't like to complain however my pizza was a bit overcooked. The staff was friendly though and I liked the vegan cheese. My pizza was good but i think they need a way not to overcook pizza.

The pizza was good for the price. We ate at lunchtime, and it looked like the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned for at least a day. Service was slow, and our pizza was sitting out for a long time, and we had to ask if they could have it after it was sitting out for awhile.

The young kids working out front were AWESOME! They were very polite, efficient, and customer service oriented. They were out of fountain drinks (which I purchased), so I went back to the register to ask if I could BUY a 20 oz soda instead and the kid told me that was fine. At that time, a lady came from the back, did not hear the part where I offered to pay and started yelling at the kid and myself telling me “I don’t understand how things work.” I fully understand how things work and don’t appreciate her rude behavior. Do better— try to be more like the kids working the counter.

If a lactose intolerant asks for regular breadsticks why would you get mad after you didn't listen. Unbreakable you couldn't say anything first,
We unfortunately weren’t able to try the pizza. Walked up and said we wanted to do the build your own. The girl asked us what we wanted on them but we didn’t see a list of options, so we asked her if we could go look at what they had. She seemed super confused and just said “I guess you can go look and come back.” So I asked her if they had a list or anything and she just stared at us like we were dumb. I just told her we would go somewhere else. We ended up going to Herb and Fire which was absolutely amazing. The pizza might be good, I’m not sure but the service and set up is completely awful.

Our pizzas came out fast and were piping hot. We spent around $65 for 3 pizzas, breadsticks, and soda, which I felt was pretty reasonable. Everything was really tasty and fresh.

Walking around the outlet and spied this place so decided to give it a shot. Well first you get your pizza crazy fast and with that I wasn’t expecting much as far as taste but boy was I wrong. The crust is super thin, super crispy (both got the original crust). The service from the 2 young lady’s was impeccable. Will be coming
