Food and drinks were the same as usual. But I ordered ahead have been sitting here for about 35 minutes. Plenty of people who ordered after me got their drinks, and tons of people got through the drive through. Insane wait time for not being busy. No explanation why. My food was cold by the time they got me my drink.. just be honest about wait times.

To start off I wanna say the staff is great. Super friendly. They always do a great job. Once a month I come here after an early morning appointment. Sometimes for breakfast. Sometimes for just an ice water (cause starbucks water is the best) However this month I just wanted a water and I was told I couldn’t get ice water without purchase. And that I couldn’t have a water if I bought something else, or purchase a bottled water. What the actual heck. What fast food/drink place no longer gives free water. Or at the BARE MINIMUM offers it for 30¢ or something similar. Very upset that after years of doing this I’m now told no. Now I’ll be going other places from now on. Sometimes for food, sometimes for just a drink.

This Starbucks is an absolute joke. I wasted over 40 damn minutes waiting for a single coffee while the staff stood around laughing and chatting like they were on a break, completely ignoring the fact there were over six people in line. The location might be good, but the people working there are useless. And to top it all off, when I finally got my coffee, there was a long pink hair floating in it, guess the barista couldn’t be bothered to tie their disgusting hair back that day. Honestly, this was the most revolting coffee experience I’ve ever had. Pathetic.

I love Starbucks, but I hate this location. It has the potential to be super convenient given its location right off 131, but the drive thru is always slammed — we’re talking a minimum of 12 cars deep every time. Given the popularity of this spot, you’d think by now it would have beefed up the staff to account for the long lines, but nothing’s changed in the two to three years I’ve been a patron. But enough is enough. It’s just not worth the wait. If you don’t mind waiting … and waiting … and waiting for your drink, knock yourself out. I just can’t do it anymore. There are other Starbucks.

Walked in today on a Saturday morning, and got a brown sugar shaken espresso with an extra shot. Everyone was kind even in the middle of a morning rush.
They added a sweet note on my coffee, and it made my morning.
Both the barista and cashier were both pleasant, and my coffee is delicious .

If there was a 0 star option I would’ve chosen that one. We were here for 45 MINS waiting for our order and when we asked the girl was incredibly rude. Would not recommend this location.

I ordered a crem brulee late but once I received it, realized that it was missing quite a bit of the drink in the cup.

I’ve experienced horrible service at this location numerous times with just one individual worker. She works the night shift, and has super dark curly hair (couldn’t get her name, because once she makes a rude comment she won’t come back to the window to hand out the drink). The last 2 times I’ve came with my boyfriend to get a drink & sweet treat after work, she has taken our order with such a rude demeanor. She takes the order as if she HATES her job! We try to be patient, and understand that after having a long day at work you’re ready to go home, etc. Her demeanor still doesn’t change, and because of her lack of communication at the speaker she “incorrectly hears” what we order even though it’s correct on the screen. So, when we get to the window and ask to have the drink that SHE misheard made correctly, she grabs it and makes unnecessary remarks such as “ugh this always happens”. Unfortunately though it wouldn’t “always” happen if she could take the time to slow down, and listen without getting snappy. She sighs each time that we ask for an extra straw, or napkin. The first mishap we had with this worker was that the last time we came through she handed us a cup with a crack in it that leaked all over my car and me. So, when asking for napkins, she made it a huge deal. After the way she acted tonight, and the comment she made it really makes me contemplate not going back when i absolutely LOVEE starbs!!! All of the other workers are so sweet, and haven’t treated us like we’re inconveniences. I would really love it if she maybe got a job that she’d enjoy a little more, or if managers could have a talk, and not allow this behavior. On top of it all, we still leave tips, because we appreciate their work! Just makes it less enjoyable to go to starbucks when their employee makes everything seem like a hassle.

Have been to this location many times and nearly every single time they take forever to get your order out to you. Today I placed a mobile order that said it would be ready in 3-8 minutes and was already at Tanger so I figured I’d drive over there right away. I sat in the drive-thru for 11 minutes PAST the 8 minute mark my coffee was supposed to be ready by. By the time I received my latte, it was not very hot, and not only that, but did not have any of the additions I had asked (and paid additionally!) for in it. Very disappointing when I see workers just chatting it up with each other as I finally pull up to receive my beverage through the drive-thru window. And disappointing to receive an incorrect drink after having waited nearly 20 minutes in the drive-thru. Please work on timeliness and accuracy. And if it has been over 10 minutes since you made the hot drink.. consider remaking so it is fresh for the person paying for the drink.

I stop at this location every once in a while - this morning I made an error on my own order via the mobile app and the Team at this location was AMAZING and helped me by fixing MY error and was friendly about it. In today's world - Great Customer Service seems to be less and less and this morning I was actually happy to see that it still exists. THANK YOU to the Team that saved my morning at 5:45am - the day will be great.

I went with my mom, we ordered in person at the counter. Around 15 min of waiting, a woman asked if I was in line. I told her I was waiting for my drink. That woman got her drink before I did, as well as another person who came in after her. My mom waited about 20 min, I waited 30 for my drink. I am a barista so i understand a little bit about how sequencing works/the order of how drinks go out. It seemed that they were prioritizing the drive thru over their in person drinks which led ours to get out of order. It also looked like they were only working on one drink at a time. I know what it’s like to be short staffed with a line out the door. Hopefully soon they can learn how sequencing works so they’re not waiting for their shots to pull while standing around - instead prepping the next drink while the shots are pulling so it’s ready to be made as you’re handing out drinks etc
