The customer service at this location is appalling. As someone with multiple starbucks partners in her family, one of whom is a shift manager, the standards that starbucks has for customer service were not met whatsoever. We went through the drive thru to pick up two mobile orders under two different names and we were told to pull forward. We got to the window and were handed two drinks that were not ours. We kindly explained that the drinks were under a different name, not one of ours, and in response the barista gave us attitude and said no you said this name. What was even more appalling is we watched the barista take those two drinks back that we had in our car and set them back on the mobile counter for someone else to take, which is 100% against policy. How gross. She repeatedly shut the window in our faces, rolled her eyes, and didn’t even apologize for handing out the wrong drinks. The girl who was at the window needs some serious coaching on how to smile and have simple kindness, especially with a job in customer service.

Food and drinks were the same as usual. But I ordered ahead have been sitting here for about 35 minutes. Plenty of people who ordered after me got their drinks, and tons of people got through the drive through. Insane wait time for not being busy. No explanation why. My food was cold by the time they got me my drink.. just be honest about wait times.

To start off I wanna say the staff is great. Super friendly. They always do a great job. Once a month I come here after an early morning appointment. Sometimes for breakfast. Sometimes for just an ice water (cause starbucks water is the best) However this month I just wanted a water and I was told I couldn’t get ice water without purchase. And that I couldn’t have a water if I bought something else, or purchase a bottled water. What the actual heck. What fast food/drink place no longer gives free water. Or at the BARE MINIMUM offers it for 30¢ or something similar. Very upset that after years of doing this I’m now told no. Now I’ll be going other places from now on. Sometimes for food, sometimes for just a drink.

This Starbucks is an absolute joke. I wasted over 40 damn minutes waiting for a single coffee while the staff stood around laughing and chatting like they were on a break, completely ignoring the fact there were over six people in line. The location might be good, but the people working there are useless. And to top it all off, when I finally got my coffee, there was a long pink hair floating in it, guess the barista couldn’t be bothered to tie their disgusting hair back that day. Honestly, this was the most revolting coffee experience I’ve ever had. Pathetic.

I love Starbucks, but I hate this location. It has the potential to be super convenient given its location right off 131, but the drive thru is always slammed — we’re talking a minimum of 12 cars deep every time. Given the popularity of this spot, you’d think by now it would have beefed up the staff to account for the long lines, but nothing’s changed in the two to three years I’ve been a patron. But enough is enough. It’s just not worth the wait. If you don’t mind waiting … and waiting … and waiting for your drink, knock yourself out. I just can’t do it anymore. There are other Starbucks.

Walked in today on a Saturday morning, and got a brown sugar shaken espresso with an extra shot. Everyone was kind even in the middle of a morning rush.
They added a sweet note on my coffee, and it made my morning.
Both the barista and cashier were both pleasant, and my coffee is delicious .

If there was a 0 star option I would’ve chosen that one. We were here for 45 MINS waiting for our order and when we asked the girl was incredibly rude. Would not recommend this location.

Completed a mobile order and it said it would be ready in 6-10 minutes and it takes me 20 minutes to get to this location . I arrive and my drink is not ready yet. Drive through was empty as well. Workers were just standing around d chatty which is great. I had to ask about my drink so they did something with an iPad and it printed o e ticket and it was not mine. After the third sticker prior ya it is finally my drink. Whe. I placed my order it said out of almond milk so I ordered oat milk. Well the girl making the drink says we are out of oat milk and I said it o my shoes almond milk out on app. She said well the app does not let us mark both as out . The. I asked about a refund and if you order through the app you have to call Starbucks to get a refund…. I then asked do u have that number and was told no and I could google it. I was so irritated and left. The last few months I have stopped going because it just is t as friendly as it use to be. I will not be retuning after today. I drive twenty minutes to not be able to get a drink or refund on the spot.

I ordered a crem brulee late but once I received it, realized that it was missing quite a bit of the drink in the cup.
