I ordered a crem brulee late but once I received it, realized that it was missing quite a bit of the drink in the cup.

I’ve experienced horrible service at this location numerous times with just one individual worker. She works the night shift, and has super dark curly hair (couldn’t get her name, because once she makes a rude comment she won’t come back to the window to hand out the drink). The last 2 times I’ve came with my boyfriend to get a drink & sweet treat after work, she has taken our order with such a rude demeanor. She takes the order as if she HATES her job! We try to be patient, and understand that after having a long day at work you’re ready to go home, etc. Her demeanor still doesn’t change, and because of her lack of communication at the speaker she “incorrectly hears” what we order even though it’s correct on the screen. So, when we get to the window and ask to have the drink that SHE misheard made correctly, she grabs it and makes unnecessary remarks such as “ugh this always happens”. Unfortunately though it wouldn’t “always” happen if she could take the time to slow down, and listen without getting snappy. She sighs each time that we ask for an extra straw, or napkin. The first mishap we had with this worker was that the last time we came through she handed us a cup with a crack in it that leaked all over my car and me. So, when asking for napkins, she made it a huge deal. After the way she acted tonight, and the comment she made it really makes me contemplate not going back when i absolutely LOVEE starbs!!! All of the other workers are so sweet, and haven’t treated us like we’re inconveniences. I would really love it if she maybe got a job that she’d enjoy a little more, or if managers could have a talk, and not allow this behavior. On top of it all, we still leave tips, because we appreciate their work! Just makes it less enjoyable to go to starbucks when their employee makes everything seem like a hassle.

Have been to this location many times and nearly every single time they take forever to get your order out to you. Today I placed a mobile order that said it would be ready in 3-8 minutes and was already at Tanger so I figured I’d drive over there right away. I sat in the drive-thru for 11 minutes PAST the 8 minute mark my coffee was supposed to be ready by. By the time I received my latte, it was not very hot, and not only that, but did not have any of the additions I had asked (and paid additionally!) for in it. Very disappointing when I see workers just chatting it up with each other as I finally pull up to receive my beverage through the drive-thru window. And disappointing to receive an incorrect drink after having waited nearly 20 minutes in the drive-thru. Please work on timeliness and accuracy. And if it has been over 10 minutes since you made the hot drink.. consider remaking so it is fresh for the person paying for the drink.

I stop at this location every once in a while - this morning I made an error on my own order via the mobile app and the Team at this location was AMAZING and helped me by fixing MY error and was friendly about it. In today's world - Great Customer Service seems to be less and less and this morning I was actually happy to see that it still exists. THANK YOU to the Team that saved my morning at 5:45am - the day will be great.

I went with my mom, we ordered in person at the counter. Around 15 min of waiting, a woman asked if I was in line. I told her I was waiting for my drink. That woman got her drink before I did, as well as another person who came in after her. My mom waited about 20 min, I waited 30 for my drink. I am a barista so i understand a little bit about how sequencing works/the order of how drinks go out. It seemed that they were prioritizing the drive thru over their in person drinks which led ours to get out of order. It also looked like they were only working on one drink at a time. I know what it’s like to be short staffed with a line out the door. Hopefully soon they can learn how sequencing works so they’re not waiting for their shots to pull while standing around - instead prepping the next drink while the shots are pulling so it’s ready to be made as you’re handing out drinks etc

Great place when you go through drive through/in person. Horrible for delivery. Over the last year or so I’ve ordered delivery on occasion and my drink is consistently wrong to a crazy degree. Missing almost half the things I ordered in the drink with the temperature always being wrong. Honestly seems like it’s done on purpose

My frequent visits to this Starbucks have consistently been marred by issues that are becoming harder to overlook. The quality of the drinks is a gamble every time I step in—often missing toppings like sprinkles or strawberries that I've paid for, turning what should be a treat into a hit-or-miss experience.

The service fluctuates between welcoming and indifferent. While some staff members are friendly, others seem disinterested and judgmental, which creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. I understand this location is frequently busy, but there's a noticeable lack of attention to detail. Simple tasks like adding strawberries to refreshers or sprinkling pumpkin spice on cold foam are often overlooked, reflecting a level of carelessness and seems lazy.

Having frequented this Starbucks for several years, I find myself returning primarily due to its convenient location near the highway. However, the recurring issues suggest a deeper problem with management and operational standards that need urgent improvement. It’s disappointing because I do not experience this at the other locations around the area. But like previously mentioned, this location is convenient and I just wish they were to actually look at reviews and reflect and improve.

Holy slow! My daughter went over to order when I went into Great Clips a couple of doors down. I had to wait about five minutes at Great Clips, then I got my hair cut and she is still here waiting for her drink. Now I’ve been sitting here for about five minutes (we are about 30 minutes in total now) and she’s still waiting. No one working is moving with any sense of purpose or any understanding of how their slowness may be impacting people’s lives. I’m looking around at other customers tapping feet, rolling eyes, sighing heavily, etc. Unbelievable. We would have gotten our food and probably have left by now at a sit down restaurant, let alone just grabbing a drink.

Ordered a brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso and a sandwich. Sandwich was good. Was told they were out of oat milk and asked to pick an alternative. I selected almond milk. Received the drink with whole milk (lactose intolerant) and the drink wasn't even close to prepared right. It had a 2 inch layer of syrup at the bottom, a layer of milk, and some espresso somewhere in the milk. I have placed the same order at Starbucks from Detroit to Chicago, it shouldn't look like this. There were no stir sticks and the trashcans were overflowing.

Dietary restrictions: Watch them closely, they don't follow instructions on this.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. The place had one vehicle in the drive thru. I met my dad here for coffee we went in they took like 3 minutes to even ask us to order mind you we were the only people they're they're was 2 females and a male working 2 of them were on the phones. They had horrible attitudes they were just awful you could feel the tension I'm the place like they did not want to be at work they hated they're lives. So he starts our order doesn't make eye contact doesn't greet us nothing.. and taps his pen on the register the entire time we're ordering... 2 minutes later gets my dad his coffee and it starts to get a few people In There, I ordered a Frappuccino same time as my dad our order was together... 20 minutes of watching them make drinks for online orders and taking driv thrus.. literlty like 15 plus drinks were made.. they still hadn't even started mine.. now I came here to .eet my dad for coffee before work so I wasn't like in a huge rush bit I also didn't expect 20 minutes for nothing after standing there my dad asks hey sorry to bother you but do you know how much longer it will be for her drink.. she says we haven't started it yet.. I'm like it's fine you can just refund it and forget about it. Because at that point I was rushing to get to work. They refunded it and didn't apologize or anything. Horrible experience. And extremely rude..
