I picked up my online order today which my silk caramel macchiato looked very light as if it was made with regular milk. When I asked the barista which made it if it was made with soy she assured me it was made correctly. After drinking some I knew she lied so she didn't have to remake it as my lactose intolerant stomach.. didn't agree with it.

Came for the Veteran's Day deal and they said they were not participating. They let a van full of combat veterans leave instead of just offering the deal. We went down the street to other places that honor their Veteran's Day deals.

What in the world happened to Starbucks? Their entire business model centered on customer service. Back in the day, if you were a regular, they always remembered your name, your drink, or both. These days you're lucky if they even notice you. This morning I walked up to the register (I know it's taboo to not order online or go through the drive-thru). The cashier looked at me and, without a word, walked away. There were nine employees behind the counter, and it still took me asking for help to get someone to take my order. Best part was the girl who eventually took my order was the same one that walked away from me in the first place. Sad state of affairs

I placed my order just before closing and it was a large order Kenzie did a amazing job the drinks where great and she had a good attitude even though she was almost closing !!

I have never had a bad experience here. I came in and ordered my drink today, it looked absolutely beautiful and tasted so good! I believe one of the ladies was training someone and she was very patient and kind to her. I wish I got her name but her positive attitude made everything so much better. Whatever she is getting paid isn't enough. Both seemed like wonderful people!
