There was a really nice young girl helping me and making my food and she was doing what I asked her to do on my sub and this girl Danny with blue and pink hair started yelling at the girl in front if the entire lobby all bc I asked for extra cheese and told her I'd pay for the cheese Danny had zero business treating the girl that was helping me the way she did or how she spoke to me she should not be behind the counter she should be in the back washing dishes or changing trash she is very rude there was another customer in the lobby that also told me she had a very bad experience with the same girl couple days prior I hope Rachel talks to this girl and I hope that Danny can find a new job and a new outlook on life and have some respect will not be eating here anymore all bc of that one person

Very poor customer service. Employees clearly don’t want to be there and make it known to the customers. They seemed to be more worried about the clock than making a sandwich. One employee made an audible “sigh” when a customer walked in.

Usually is my second favorite location but today was very unexpected when one of the workers left me a very rude note on my bag and then had the nerve to talk about it to staff and in front of customer common sense would be professional about the order then being childish and uncaring learn how to be more professional especially working in customer service

Tina was very rude , if you don’t enjoy your job , quit, I came in for 3 subs and two salads, there was only 1 person in front of me, she was just so rude l, talking over me, ignoring me, and treating me like I was going to lie about what I ordered to other employees, super unprofessional, save yourself trouble and go to jimmy johns.

The place is super clean however when I came in the worker did not say anything back when I said hello proceeded to clean up and do dishes for about 5 minutes. And a lady came in inquiring about her online order didn't ask her her name pointed to a self said it's over there. Ending up not being her order, which she had to say it at least 3x before he even acknowledged her. so he had to make hers didn't acknowledge me not once. And I tried to get his attention multiple times. Just bad customer service . When I asked if there's somebody else that is also working with him because I was trying to be understanding that they may be busy cause it's just him, They said yes somebody else is working here. I said well it's really rude you don't acknowledge customers. He said ok bye. Ridiculous. I ended up driving all the way to the one on division instead

02/10 stopped at this location, the lady working the food line (brunette older woman seemed to be the manager) had started the service off with sly looks, and a horrible attitude, because she had to serve paying costumers. Which is her job. She then proceeded to make it a chore and act as though it was our problem we had arrived. Very unwelcoming environment. It does not hurt to have a somewhat decent attitude, especially working at a fast food place that takes minimal effort.

I went in after work today Jan 10 24 and the girl was count never once did she look up and say hi I will be with you in a minute, she kept looking down and counting , after about 7 minutes I finally said should I go to another subway, then she got an attitude saying she was counting and couldn’t stop . So I just ended up going to another subway.

We were helped by the manager who did an amazing job on our sandwiches! You can tell she knew what she was doing and had the patience to do what we asked.I highly recommend!

Came in around 4 and the was a long line with only one worker Edward was able to get through the line a pretty quick all by himself. He was also very pleasant to interact with was a very hard work being by himself.

I ordered from this location about a month ago. I was told the first attempt for payment failed and to try again. The second attempt worked, but later that day I checked my bank account and was charged 2 different times for the same amount.

I was there today at about 12:30. There were two young ladies working and it was quite busy. They moved very quickly and efficiently and were both very friendly. The one who made my sub suggested another dressing for mine because they are no longer using the sweet onion sauce. It was a great suggestion because the sub was delicious.Fantastic service!
