The customer service at this location is usually wonderful, but there is one young man who makes the entire experience absolutely miserable. He is tall, thin, with shaggy brown hair, and from what I’ve observed, he appears to be a manager since I’ve seen him training employees. Unfortunately, instead of leading, he belittles. He talks down to the staff, humiliates them, and leaves them visibly flustered and upset. It is extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness.
His treatment of customers is just as unacceptable. Every time I encounter him at the window, he is rude, short-tempered, and dismissive. He has snatched my card right out of my hand, shoved food at me, and slammed the window without so much as a word. When the automated ordering system makes a mistake, he directs his frustration at the customer instead of handling it calmly. On top of that, I can hear him yelling at his coworkers from the kitchen—something no customer should have to listen to.
I am not the only one who has noticed his behavior. Several people I’ve spoken to have experienced the exact same treatment from him. It’s clear this is not just a bad day here and there; this is a pattern. Quite frankly, it gives the entire restaurant a bad name despite the hard work of the other employees who are doing their jobs well and treating customers with respect.
This young man is too angry, too disrespectful, and too unprofessional to be working in a customer service environment, let alone training new hires. Something needs to be done immediately. I don’t know what is going on with him personally, but he either needs serious retraining—or he needs to find another line of work, because his behavior is completely unacceptable. I would gladly help him pay for therapy or anger management services.
To the rest of the staff: you are wonderful, and your kindness does not go unnoticed. But to this one employee—I sincerely hope management addresses your behavior before everyone quits and customers stop coming.

Waited in long a really long time all just to get our food and wait in line again for a refund because of how cold and HARD the nacho fries were hard along with other issues relating to rushing. Expectations were low but we're not eating rock hard fries.

My mobile order is always accurate and the food is hot and delicious.
It's Taco Bell. The chicken chalupas are delicious, the beef taco meat is not. The people I had the pleasure of being served by were fun and we had laughs.
Just went through the drive through to put an order in and immediately got treated with the most atrocious disrespect from the staff for no reason whatsoever ever. Immediately reversed out. I encourage you go to a different Taco Bell or a different restaurant all together.
It's a top tier location.
Beep boop robot AI ordering is terrible. I literally will drive to the next closest Tacp Bell if I want it.

Very inconsistent food & service, sometimes you will get fast service with a quality product other times you will sit in the drive thru for unnecessary amounts of time and the food will look something like the photo I am including. Been to worse TB locations but this one is not good either.

Upset stomach all afternoon. Surprise surprise.
Unfortunately 1 star is too high. The Manager didn't want to make my breakfast order that I put in at 10:15 am because the food would've been done after 11 am and breakfast ends at 11 am.
Worst excuse I've ever heard come out of a Managers mouth.
If an order is placed 45 mins before breakfast stops, YOU MAKE IT !!
