Was just trying to get the pair of the steak cheesy dipping burritos, had ordered through the app. When I pulled up it took a couple minutes because the AI voice couldn’t understand me which is fine, got my name and everything. I wait a couple more minutes to get my food with nothing said but “mobile” which whatever, but then I noticed I only got one of my two burritos. I went inside saying that I only got one, one cashier went and double checked with someone, she said I only rang up one. I confirmed it’s supposed to come in a pair later. I asked how much one costs, she said the cost was what I paid so I didn’t question it and just went about my day. I understand it’s a newer item but the service and slowness really didn’t help any of this. Was just trying to get something easy after a bad day.

Just went here and said no tomato or onions on my burrito supreme because I’m allergic to them and I repeated myself 4 times and the guy even confirmed it. First bite I’m glad I spit out because there were a bunch of onion and tomatoes in it! AND IT WAS COLD

Absolutely terrible experience at this Taco Bell. The drive-thru staff was unhelpful and came off as uninterested in providing decent customer service. On top of that, the AI ordering system is a disaster. It’s confusing, fails to understand basic requests, and makes the entire process frustrating for no reason. Instead of improving the experience, it only complicates it.

I ordered three things. Each item was wrong, missing meat, missing potatoes, cold food.

Service for the second time is horrible and I will not waste my time stopping again. You have lost my business due to lack of interaction with people and a computer that is a waste of my time.

The customer service at this location is usually wonderful, but there is one young man who makes the entire experience absolutely miserable. He is tall, thin, with shaggy brown hair, and from what I’ve observed, he appears to be a manager since I’ve seen him training employees. Unfortunately, instead of leading, he belittles. He talks down to the staff, humiliates them, and leaves them visibly flustered and upset. It is extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness.
His treatment of customers is just as unacceptable. Every time I encounter him at the window, he is rude, short-tempered, and dismissive. He has snatched my card right out of my hand, shoved food at me, and slammed the window without so much as a word. When the automated ordering system makes a mistake, he directs his frustration at the customer instead of handling it calmly. On top of that, I can hear him yelling at his coworkers from the kitchen—something no customer should have to listen to.
I am not the only one who has noticed his behavior. Several people I’ve spoken to have experienced the exact same treatment from him. It’s clear this is not just a bad day here and there; this is a pattern. Quite frankly, it gives the entire restaurant a bad name despite the hard work of the other employees who are doing their jobs well and treating customers with respect.
This young man is too angry, too disrespectful, and too unprofessional to be working in a customer service environment, let alone training new hires. Something needs to be done immediately. I don’t know what is going on with him personally, but he either needs serious retraining—or he needs to find another line of work, because his behavior is completely unacceptable. I would gladly help him pay for therapy or anger management services.
To the rest of the staff: you are wonderful, and your kindness does not go unnoticed. But to this one employee—I sincerely hope management addresses your behavior before everyone quits and customers stop coming.

Waited in long a really long time all just to get our food and wait in line again for a refund because of how cold and HARD the nacho fries were hard along with other issues relating to rushing. Expectations were low but we're not eating rock hard fries.
