Ordered online for pickup in store. When i arrived they didn't have my order. It seemed as if they were having some computer issues bc another person came in for his online order and they didn't have it. Anyways, the staff did a great job getting my order completed in a fast time. Even got done coupons for free stuff next time i order

If I could give half a star I would. I didn't order vegetarian tacos and crunch wraps but that's basically what I got with the amount of meat that was missing.i will not be going back to any taco bell at this point because that was my second chance after being extremely unhappy due to the exact same circumstances not to ming before.

Whoever the young blonde worker was today, was extremely rude and showed discrimination to 4 customers while me and my friends were here eating. There was clearly a language barrier and they didn't understand how to order.She lied about being able to take their order at the counter as "we don't have registers back here to take orders". Which is a lie as new costumers were helped 10 minutes later at the counter.She also laughed when they left as they couldn't figure out how to use the kiosk to order, and said "guess it was to difficult for them".It was extremely inappropriate behavior.

Definelty needs a change in management, and employees I will not be coming back again to this locationWe experienced so many wrong orders and horrible service throughout the years and just have decided we no longer want to return to this location after yet another bad experienceYou will have better luck at any other location.Other reviews posted definelty makes sense now

It's taco bell. most of the time I enjoy the service since the building was rebuilt.But really... they are stingy on the nacho sauce. Expect your container to be half empty.Update.Front counter service is terrible.You need to speak up to get someone to get to you.They will look at you and walk by.I mean they, as in the entire staff.Go to the Clyde park.The store is new and has newly trained staff that somehow performs better.
