First time I ate at that big boy. I had the buffalo chicken wrap they brought it out as a fried wrap I'm guessing someone was trying to be fancy. My daughter had the fish sandwich and by the time we got home nothing stayed in so I don't know how often the grease is changed ? People were yelling out other employee names..1/9/26 @1:00

Ate here 11/19/2025, 2 other tables in restaurant, salad bar was not very appetizing as the lettuce was brown and wilted, ham was watery and translucent, and empty containers. Had to ask waitress to fill pastas. The ham on the slim Jim’s tasted funky. Will not eat here again.

I went there for dinner the other night, the staff and food was great. My waitress was so sweet and helpful!
overall 100% by far, the worst experience I ever had in my life (no exaggeration). Eggs and hashbrowns took 45 mins, service was horrible, food tasted absolutely DISGUSTING, place was filthy. Heres the kicker: the host had an INSANELY rude attitude for no reason. She literally got loud with me WHILE i was in the process of tipping her LOL (since i tip no matter where i go or how bad it is: i have the philosophy that it should never be the fault of employees as usually they are hard workers). I will never forget my experience there.

Will never go to a big boy again. Stopped at this location in Cadillac Michigan and it was absolutely terrible. They were out of sooooo many things. Barely had customers but everything took forever. We barely got any food yet our total for 2 adults and one kids meal was $56. Absolutely terrible. I am never one to complain about anything honestly but that was just ridiculous
