Will never go to a big boy again. Stopped at this location in Cadillac Michigan and it was absolutely terrible. They were out of sooooo many things. Barely had customers but everything took forever. We barely got any food yet our total for 2 adults and one kids meal was $56. Absolutely terrible. I am never one to complain about anything honestly but that was just ridiculous

They had brand new benches and tables however they had no ingredients or menu items. We had to ask for five different entrees before we finally were able to actually order something... Not going to eat at a Big Boys again.

Review has not changed. They remodeled and it’s still dirty. Poor service. It’s dead in here and we’ve been waiting an hour. Just got drinks. The salad bar is empty. The soups are dried up! Crusty. Three young girls running it! This was the last time I’ll try Big Boy. What a dump!
