I normally go to local businesses for coffee, but was in a hurry and do like their coffee and their bagel sandwiches. The service is normally good. For what ever reason this time, they forgot my one coffee order by the time I made it to the window. No big deal, but maybe it was for those behind me. They made my coffee fast and gave my frenchy a treat, so she was definitely happy. I got an Americano, my favorite, and it was awesome. I have not been inside to comment on anything in regards to that. Overall, it was a good experience.

They get get irritated about scanning your rewards, and the customer service has gone down hill. My drink is never the same, including the garnish. Although my drink never changes. I have started driving across town to the other store to get my daily Biggby. The service and staff are always friendly.

Everything has changed. I don't know if the owners are new for the first time that the building came to town, but the staff is not the same. Their accommodations seem like they have none and they take longer than they should.

They say they close at 8pm. (Cadillac location) 7:40pm I was going to get Coffee and as soon as I pulled in and got to the drive thru they shut the open sign off and drive thru was closed! This is not the first incident. Will no longer be a customer.

Great customer service knowledgeable and friendly staff. The new cup lids are trash. After a couple weeks of these new lids, im starting to get tired of coffee beeing spilled all over my car and hands while walking. Please consider bring back the old style lids.

This is the Biggby Super Location!!!!! Kayla is the most amazing !! Even just a short time in the drive through, she stole my heart and highest coffee rating!!!!

We just left the biggby in Cadillac at 3:25 on Thursday July 24th & left there WITHOUT getting coffee!!! We were going to get iced coffees & the drive through attendant said they only had 20oz. cups. I asked if they could just use the hot 24oz. cups, to which she said, no, I don't think so. This is the problem with this generation, they can't think outside the box, or find solutions to problems. So, because of the unwillingness to provide helpful customer service, we left there & went to another coffee place! Manager's need to train staff better, and Owner's need to train their Managers better.
Had a bad experience at Tim Hortons across the street and came here. The employees were so nice and patient. If you have anxiety ordering, you should come here. I was surprised that they weren’t busy considering with how crowded and stressful Tim Hortons was. The caramel cold brew was great!

I went early this morning. Asked about upgrading the special they were having today (the posting for it says to ask about upgrading for additional charge) and got laughed at. I asked for it to be hot and it was iced. Then when handed my drink it was spilled on me, and wanted to wipe my hand off prior to grabbing my card but the barista seemed very inpatient to hand it back and have me on my way. Set it in my cup holder only to find out the lid wasnt on and so it spilt even more all down the sides and into my cup holder. Overall not super impressed with today, but normally never have an issue here
