I normally go to local businesses for coffee, but was in a hurry and do like their coffee and their bagel sandwiches. The service is normally good. For what ever reason this time, they forgot my one coffee order by the time I made it to the window. No big deal, but maybe it was for those behind me. They made my coffee fast and gave my frenchy a treat, so she was definitely happy. I got an Americano, my favorite, and it was awesome. I have not been inside to comment on anything...
Great customer service knowledgeable and friendly staff. The new cup lids are trash. After a couple weeks of these new lids, im starting to get tired of coffee beeing spilled all over my car and hands while walking. Please consider bring back the old style lids.
Had a bad experience at Tim Hortons across the street and came here. The employees were so nice and patient. If you have anxiety ordering, you should come here. I was surprised that they weren’t busy considering with how crowded and stressful Tim Hortons was. The caramel cold brew was great!
