This is our second time stopping at this location. The place is very inviting and the staff is friendly but we ordered two Caramel lattes with extra shots. All it tastes like is steamed milk. You can taste a hint of Caramel but not any coffee. Kinda strange! We have been a biggby customer for years. It won't stop us from enjoying Biggby coffee but we probably won't stop at this location again.

I always go here through their drive thru. They are always so nice even when they are busy and give great recommendations. I found out I love the banana berry creme freeze from a recommendation. My aunt is addicted to their island bears, I believe she was also recommended that before she got hooked.

Best service i have ever hand hands down!! Everyone in the building is so kind and sweet. Really made sure i was gonna like what i ordered. offered some suggestions incase i didn’t know other things they had. gave me tips on what they see other customers get. By far best service ever and i will forever be going here!
I had a specialty coffee drink... I don't recall the name, but it was delicious & made with love (as was my sister-in-laws). The owner/worker & other staff member were working hard, but always with kind words and smiles! Even though they were busy we got our orders quickly. We pass by that way a few times a year and it's becoming a favorite stopping place. Also the bathrooms were very clean, as was the entire store. Thank you!

I used to always go to the North Mitchell St. location because it's on my way. Now, I go out of my way to get coffee at the Teri-Dee location! Their coffee tastes way better for some reason and the servers have always been friendly! Keep up the good work Teri-Dee!
