I've been swinging through this biggby a lot within the last few months. From Grand Rapids to TC. This is the best one in between. Always very friendly and polite. Very great customer service. Their drinks are always very flavorful. Best part is when I get frozen one no ice chunks like I've been getting else where at other stores.

Love bibgy coffee! I make stops here frequently when visiting family. Always a way to treat yourself with something yummy! They always have seasonal drinks that are top notch!

Parking: Free parking - parking lot is decent size. They have a drive thru as well!

Kid-friendliness: They have kid options and kids are allowed inside. They love kids!

Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible with a wheelchair

While pulling in to get gas across the way we noticed this coffee shop. My wife and I walked in and was greeted at the counter by a very nice and polite young man names Michael. I asked what they had in the way of sugar free. His suggestion was amazing. Working in the customer service career field for the last 40 years i can say I was met with the most amazing customer service from Michael ive had in a long time.
I will definitely go back to this location for the sole...
